The fact that you make Sparkster, remind me of 3 other chracters from my childhood (you notice that when i was young i like more obcure game XD):

This is a fan made model. It look cool, except for the lack of mohawk. His face a bit creepy but i like Aero like this XD.

For the face; I would increase their size slightly, increase the space the between them a bit, and bring her eyes and eyebrows down some. Also, shouldn't their be a little circular buckle thing connecting the strap of her bag with her bag?
