check the brawlbox previewer and see if when you changed the name of the materials 1 and 2 and the textures 1 and 2 that the texture name appears differently on the model previewer if the name is changed that means your texture is the wrong name but if the name remained the same what i did actually ummss... i'll go more in depth since you did it on a stage export the stage builder part somewhere else and then open up that file you just exported. Then go to materials 1,2 and texture 1,2 and change all the names of the textures that have the same name as the texture you want to change and after you changed the names press save. Now import it over the model which didn't have it's changed textures and check if the name changed in the previewer of brawlbox thats how i got it to work if that doesn't work i can look at the stage to see why it isn't working if you want
Yah nothing seems to be working. I'll send you download link in a PM.
From Mewtwo2000 on smashboards You mean having different instances of the same object with a different texture each one? Sure. In some of my stages I'm using multiple copies of the same objects, and they all have their own textures. Just have to change the texture names inside materials1 (inside each material are the textures, no material name change is needed), texture1 and texture2 (if exists)
I'm making a stage partially out of stage builder part and I need to make it so identical models (two cubes) have different textures. I've gone into the 1 of the model's data and renamed the names in Textures1 to fit the textures but nothing is working.
I've been trying to remove stage polygons but whenever I try to remove them, they're still there. I've used the Automatic Polygon Deleter and I tried hexing them off but nothing is working. For reference this is what I'm trying to remove. I'm also using Clean Temple for the final product.
Have you tried hexing them off manually?
I assume when you say that you mean dropping the model and polygons into a hex editor (in my case HxD) and hex them off.

Basically, DO NOT update at all at this point. Fortunately, Super Mario Galaxy 2 only updates your Wii to System Menu 4.2, which works with most Homebrew applications.
Unfortunately, many of the Wii games revealed during the E3 event may require us to update to System Menu 4.3 when they're released. But by then, a workaround may likely be established.
Yah that was my only worry. I was going to be pissed if playing Metroid: Other M meant losing my hacks.
Ok, I'm a little confused here about System Menus here. I installed the Homebrew Channel on 4.1 using Smash Stack. I accidentally updated to 4.2 but the Homebrew Channel was still there. Now that System Menu 4.3 is here I looked it up on Wiibrew and it said Smash Stack was a work around of Bannerbomb. Does this mean my Homebrew Channel will not be affected by 4.3 and would this explain why it didn't get deleted before?
