1  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Piplup PSA (NEED SLAVES... ERR.... PSA'ERS AND ANIMATORS) on: June 25, 2010, 12:23:04 PM
So after seeing the exciting projects here at KC:MM I've decided to create my own model import. And it happens to be Piplup...

Yeah.




CURRENTLY NEED:


--ANIMATORS--

--PSA'ers--

--MOVESET--

ANIMATIONS:
Has 1 wait animation used 3 times. Will need more.
Uses Tstance as turn animation (not very noticeable) Will be redone later

GLITCHES:

Still has Pikmin when entering match.
Still has Olimar's antenna glow entire match and result screens
TopN bone extremely up high. (Ganon instantly transported roughly 3 Ganon's tall when using Up B on Piplup)
Running animation still not perfect, extremely small snapback (I'm guessing I didn't port his animations correctly)
Can't be grabbed for more than a few frames.

NEEDS TO BE DONE:

KEY:
RED= NOT STARTED
YELLOW: STARTED
GREEN: FINISHED

Port Piplup over Olimar
Remove Pikmin
Remove antenna glow

Final Moveset (still haven't even thought of one)
Create ground animations
Create simple air animations
Fix grab glitch

UPDATE LIST:

June 25th- Began Piplup PSA thread


June 20(ish)- Got Piplup successfully ported in to Brawl over Olimar with all vitall functions intact. (That means he can be grabbed, be thrown, dodge, air dodge, grab, throw, move without snapback)

School is rape and computer too slow. Will not be making new textures for a while. Sorry.



Welcome! I am highfive and these are my textures! I hope to be good enough in the future to do requests but until then I'll just  make some random textures. I'll try and make super good ones when I get good enough. Feel free to download and use/alter these textures as you wish!

Wind Swept Meta Knight

PAC and PCS Download
This is my first public release texture and very simple. Meta Knight was simply saturated near black then was given a few chalk looking wind currents on his mask, shoulder pads and cape. He was also given the WS (Wind Swept) logo to replace his standard one on his left shoulder pad.

Royal Blue Dedede

One of my earliest attempts at Dedede I tried to make it clean and simple. His sash was changed to a royal blue with a floral type design on it. Hope you like it!

Earth Hawk Meta Knight

Ah! A new MK texture! I liked this one since there aren't many brown MK textures (none that I've seen.) And I just wanted to show that brown can look good on anything. Feel free to edit and use at will. Please don't steal.

Akatsuki Meta Knight

Well, I really liked this one. The sword design turned out very good and so did his mask. I feared it would look like a freakish cloud mustache thing. His "Bone Wings" also turned out better than I thought it would. I don't like Naruto but that cloud design was too good to pass up. I think it's my best work so far. I hope you like it as much as I do.

My first stage texture hack, I've always loved Mega Man. Particularly Mega Man 6. This is one of the eight beginning bosses you face, Flame Man. Although not particularly hard his level somehow got stuck in my memory. Mostly because I would always need an extra life and instead get one of those small power orbs to regain energy when I didn't need it. So to preserve continuity I didn't put an extra life head and put a power orb.
