How would I do it though...
Have Kirby don the hat, look around first, then start the FS, like he does when using Cook in his own games. Then while "cooking" have the camera focus close up on Kirby stirring and seasoning the stuff. Then zoom out a little to present the stuff that comes out.

I suggested before that the rating system could also just consist of a group of highly trusted and experienced people that get voted into the position of rating hacks. They could have a group voting session and they would ALL decided the quality of a hack. So immature people wouldn't have the ability to rate a hack as good just because they like the name or because they know the person, nor would they be able t rate it as bad because of bull[censored] reasons. Thus eliminating the possibility of the system being abused The point of the system is to increase the amount of good quality hacks and some of the people on the vault would like to more GOOD hacks being released instead of the increasely high amounts of noob material. As NoAH said everyone has to start somewhere but what about the people that are ALREADY far past that "somewhere"?

The star idea could work or it could be a decent/Good/great/awesome! rating system. As I said before there would be no poor or bad ratings because every hack released would be at least decent.
Think about this, having a rating system would still make it so that the better hacks will get better ratings, and not so good ones wont (at least not as good of a rating). This would be unfair to those who arent that good at animating, psa, etc. It would certainly shut down (probably, maybe...) on the noob material, but it would still be more or less the same as it is now, making it pointless.

Also as Albafika said, there's too many hacks in the Vault now to consider that...

He kinda already does that, just without the flames lol, its just a hover dash in whichever direction you want.

Thats not bad at all Smiley and imo it would be cool for silver to use fire fox with a blue or teal colored effect
Actually i didnt mean give Silver Fox's move, i just meant have whatever special move Silver gets, give the same distance as Fire Fox.

@Blase: I said have his fall speed be the same as Wario's not his weight, those are two different things. Weight determines how easy it is to knock someone off the stage, fall speed determines how fast you fall in midair.

Examples: Wario is a heavyweight, but he falls somewhat slowly. Fox is a middleweight, but has a fast fall speed.

Link's Clawshot is too long of a range for a psychokinetic grab imo, i think maybe Toon Link's grab range would be better, as its still ranged, just shorter.

As for speed, Silver is the slowest character (in 06') on the ground, so he should be around the same speed as maybe Mario, or Ike, or something like that. Air speed should be slightly faster. Give his first jump the same height as Luigi's, and the midair jump the same height as Mario's.

His up special should give around the same distance as Fox's. He should also have high traction (being the slowest hedgehog on the ground). Fall speed should be around Wario's i think. And his weight should be slightly higher than Sonic's.

wasnt silver only in one game?
As for playable in a main series game, yes. For appearances (playable or otherwise), no.

As far as i know, Silver is playable in these games:
Sonic 06'
Sonic Riders Zero Gravity
Sonic Free Riders
Sonic Rivals
Sonic Rivals 2

There may be more than that but other than the last two on that list, i know he's playable in all of those. Other than those though, Silver appears in other games just not as playable (such as in Sonic Generations as a Boss)

For me, Silver's problem was range on some attacks, as i found it incredibly difficult to hit with some of them, that and he's pretty slow, but he's slow in the Sonic games as well so thats fitting. He also seems pretty weak for someone so slow, usually if a character has slow attacks they are also powerful as well.

His air attacks should be revamped imo, not that they are bad, but when combined with his floatiness and air speed, its really hard to efficiently use them.

I had no problem with some of his moves being electric based, in fact it fits for a psychokinesis based moveset (which may i add, Ness and Lucas also have, and a lot of their PK attacks are electric based).

Also, what are his current kill moves? I was going up against a god psa, but i could only seem to build up damage, and i couldnt kill the opponent.

Have you decided how much damage each of these specials will do? Will Aero deal damage, will it push foes away like wind? And is the charge time for Cure spells gonna affect how fast the healing is i.e. the longer its charged, the faster the regeneration heals you?

Im thinking what if Sparkstrike had a short stun time like ZSS Paralyzer, just so that it doesnt act like a normal attack with electric properties. Maybe it could be used for combos or something, but if you do that make sure the stun time isnt too long so its not broken.

I honestly think she should have Thundaga as an attack and not Thundara, seeing as how the Thunder element is the only one she learns the tier 3 spell for (in XIII) and also because her name is Lightning.

Aero should work well for an Up Special, it would be cool if you could get it to push foes away, maybe with semi spiking properties, or just minor horizontal knockback if the former is too OP.

I like the idea of Fire for her Neutral Special, but she should not be able to use Firaga, as she does not learn the spell in XIII, if anything, allow for elements to change or something, or allow a shift between using Fire/Fira, and Flamestrike (i dont remember if she learns that but pretty sure she does).

And Cure should work as a down special, but maybe she could have a short period of invincibility or super armor as the spell is being cast, it shouldnt be broken provided the charging animation is long enough, maybe around the same cast time as Sephiroth's Heartless Angel attack (from the PSA i mean) for the strongest version. And as well it shouldnt be broken as long as the invincibility/super armor doesnt last for the entire spell casting animation.

Actually i changed my mind, she should use Thunder Spells for her Neutral Special, i mean she does learn all 3 spells in XIII and her name is Lightning, she should focus on that element for at least one move, and if its chargeable that makes it even better. Besides if she uses Fire for a Neutral Special, thats kinda a clone of Cloud's Neutral seeing as how that's been released long ago. Fire should be her Forward Special instead.

Its cool to hear you are starting this up again. Let me say this though, you should definitely try harder to make sure the moveset is what YOU wanted it to be, i rememeber it was changed around here and there (i take some fault for this and i apologize). It is your project after all, it should be what you want it to be.

Unfortunately i dont know how to help other than suggestions, so i will just be watching from the sidelines as a fan. I can say "Good Luck" though.  Grin

Ive been seeing my preview vids for my music hacks acting weird with the message "player is too small" or something like that. Is that an issue other people have or is it just me?
Do you guys know whats causing this, or is it just me?

So, how would I go about using mods from the SD since I do not have a usable copy of the game anymore? I looked through the tutorials, and tried things, but still have failed.
Get yourself an external hard drive, download the game from the internet, and use the usbloader (to boot the game) you can use the built in Ocarina to use the file patch code which will load the mods off your SD card like normal. Dont ask where to download the game though, search for it.

[Edit]Looking at your post again, you seem to already have the ISO, in that case just get an external hard drive, get the usbloader program and install it to your wii, and load the mods off your SD card through the built in Ocarina (part of the usbloader)
