Green Greens..........But yea it still wont work

I start from the original stage texture and use brawl box and export the Tga's edit them with paint.net and replace the files and all but when I go to test them on the wii they freeze why is this?

Edit:I fixed the hole in her him Julz told me to pull the dress down a bit so I did so the current Lady Gaga for download is a Beta I guess you could say,so im gonna improve the Texture and release a full version of it
