The Upload button in the Submit page is gone for me. Also, it isn't simply invisible. I can't use it,
and now I can't submit because of it. 
 Is there a fix?

Might not be much, but if someone gets camos, then I could work out any recolors.
(technically not recolors, but you understand.)

If you want, you could use anything of mine.
I'll be back with a set of Lena recolors for the custom character section.
