I try to make a vertex for the hilt of marth's sword. Now, there are more polygons in vertex-set 30. apparently two of these are the hilt he's holding but also the hilt in his hand. I chose for the hand (59), but after editing it's just messed up,  in a way you'd say you need to double patch. That didn't work either. I triple-patched, even quadruple-patched  Undecided. It didn't get really worse, but not better too.

Anyone know a fix?

Most of the sword-vertexes don't need double patching (I thought)

I'm working on a big project (been working on it for a month now) and I used this explanation.

Try to make them manually (http://ssbbcustom.wikia.com/wiki/Module_files) and see if that works.

What usb-loader are you using? be sure to name them RSBE01.gct and put them in the folder 'codes' (for usb-loader gx)

You need to use a unedited .pac file. Try dragging the pac on ais or try  'open with'.

Hey, I downloaded 3DS Max 11 trial version and I didn't get a key code to activate the product. It won't install 3DS max at all. I can run the installer now, but it won't do anything past that....?

Nothing illegal at all? Tongue

3ds max 2011 was known not to work good with vertexing, i saw somewhere (i think). Try 3ds max 2010.


Now, as for my question:
I can't seem to make this right... I have the same problem as MarioKart, with Marth's right leg, but double patching doesn't seem to fix it. I have this problem for about a month right now. How'd you fix that??

As for now, this method is the only one for importing .obj, But i think it does have some potential.

What he said, make sure to open it up with notepad and press ctrl+h to get to the replace-options.
