  Here is my Guide on Importing from TVC

 1.Download FPK Extractor - from wacka alpaca's video

 2.Open Tatsunoko Vs Capcom in Wii Scrubber
 3.Open "Partition"
 4.Open "fpack"
 5.Open "stg"
 6.Open a folder and exract the .fpk to the folder with exractor
 7.Drag the .fpk to the extractor
 8.A new folder should pop up if you didnt rename the fpk
 9.click it, then "stg" then the first "000X" (i,g: "0001")
 10.View it with SZS modifier
 11.Click "+"
 12.Click "3Dmodel"
 13.Click the file twice
 14.There is the preview
 
 Now time to get to the Tedious part of the Tut
 
 15.Next download these packs

  16.Extract the first Brres to the foder you have the packs
  17.Next Drag the MDL0 from the brres to each extractor
  18.View the Brres in brawl box
  19.Replace The Mdl0 with the one that was extracted
  20.Decide the stage you want to put it over
  21.for example im going to give you a "STGFinal.pac" you can use

  22.Open the STGFinal.pac in Brawlbox (you may want to extract thee mdl0 first before the next steps!)
  23.Replace the STGFinal.mdl0 with the TvC mdl0
  24.Open the .COLL and edit the Stages Collision Points
  25.Save the file in "SD:private/wii/app/RSB(X)/pf/stage/melee
  26.If this works say thank you

Info:
Batsu Ichimonji is the main character in both of the Rival Schools fighting games by Capcom. He's an accomplished martial artist who strongly believes in teamwork and justice.
In the first game, Batsu is a transfer student who is searching for his missing mother. Joined by his friends from the game, he finds out that the person who took his mom is his long-lost father, Raizo. His ending in Rival Schools shows him saving his mother and making peace with his dad.
In the sequel, there's a wave of attacks hitting local schools and Batsu is accused of being in on them. He fights off the allegations with the help of students from a different high school.
