I do appreciate this, but I feel akin to a lost puppy in this code manager, I feel like I had everything I needed just didn't know what to do with it
Uausally this happens when you don't have a .txt of the gct file. Project M didnt have thier codes on a txt because anyone could copy it. you have to make the gct file into a txt using the GCT Edit found on the resource page.
Next you have to put the gct file into the Editor and save it as a txt file. it can give you some trouble at time, but what helps me is renaming the file extension to txt instead of gct when i'm saving it as txt because it sometimes wont when you want to make it into a txt.
this is where the code manager comes in. open up the code manager and open up the txt file you made. youll see boxes at the left with the code. mark them all. next thing you want to do is click on "Add a code/comment/category." name the code whatever you want. paste the code that Kitsu-Chan left here and paste it on the left where it says "code contents" after that, press store modifications on the bottom right. after that, export it using the button on the very bottom and you're done.
but if you want to do it the easy way and not learn from it, you can use this one.
