Because, you're being stupid. It works perfectly, you're just being dumb. I just tested it. Downloaded it and threw it on the SD Card. Boom. It worked.
Unless your SD Card is locked. In which case. Check the side of the SD Card and you'll notice a switch. Flip it and it should unlock it. If you notice. I'm a bit aggitated. Ale and I have been helping you for the past... week with this one thing. And you still can't figure it out, despite us constantly giving you help. And Me even saying. Ditch this stupid Project where the piece of [censored] owner can't get off his ass and help. And go for normal Project M or Brawl Minus. Or even Brawl DX. But you ignore us.

Do you have the PCS file, too? The Pac File doesn't change the skin. The PCS one does.
You can have the PCS file on and it will show the skin. But Zelda ans Shiek need both PCS and PAC, or will freeze during transformation. And for some reason, when you don't have the Pac file, when you're in Boss mode or Event Mode, it shows the original texture.
Not everyone can do Photoshop. So before you go degrading yourself, please try to see the view of others skills. Lately, I have been using BrawlBox models, but this was before I started doing so. And my computer can not run PhotoShop, either. Post Merge: March 06, 2015, 07:16:05 PM
So does the fact that no one has answered my post for like a page or two, does that mean nobody wants these palette swaps included in Super Smash Blast Frozen?
If you wish to add them, broski. Add them. I personally liked them. But I'd rather have them in an alternate folder, so someone can choose to add them, when they choose so.
