46  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Portraits, Menus, (etc...) / Re: Mach 7.6's Portrait Archives (Render and CSP Stash) on: September 27, 2015, 10:35:08 AM
Ooh, this looks useful. I have some requests as well, I'll PM you if you're interested in helping me out.
47  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Character Vertexes and Textures / Re: AlGeorgeRomo: Melee Remastered Characters (UPDATE: September 13, 2015) on: September 26, 2015, 04:51:22 PM
I already did. I removed the scarf, added a single shoulder plate, and fixed the bones

Well, if you're talking about the one currently on the Vault, then that's the one I'm talking about as well and there are some bugs, as you know. Namely the Falcon Punch graphic being misaligned as well as some errors when throwing other characters.

Unless you updated it and I wasn't aware?
48  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Character Vertexes and Textures / Re: AlGeorgeRomo: Melee Remastered Characters (UPDATE: September 13, 2015) on: September 24, 2015, 04:01:35 PM
I have a request too, if you don't have too much on your plate already. c:

I liked the idea of your original Mach Rider, but if I recall there were a few bugs. I tried making my own using the helmet from yours and the body of SNES Falcon, but... still some bugs. :c

Considering the dope Excitebike mod you just released (I may PM you about that mod in a little while, wink wink) I was wondering if you could do a redux of Mach Rider? That'd be hella rad, and it'd go well with Excitebike.

-OoT Ganondorf goodness-

Whoa, that texture looks familiar. c:

These animations are looking pretty sweet. Keep up the good work.
50  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: xXZythXFinityXx's Animation Bank: Open! on: September 02, 2015, 10:52:25 PM
Do you have any work you can show so people can get an idea of the quality of the animations they will be getting?
51  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Project Concepts / Re: [DiY Beta GCT Released!!] Project M D.I.Y. (A Project M + BrawlEx Template) on: August 31, 2015, 10:18:53 AM
Heyo, I finally decided to give this a try using my own Ex setup, but I'm having an issue with trying to play as the clones I have.

I'm using the 3.6 .gct with the old 3.02 setup from the other thread. Everything loads perfectly, clones show up and all, but in Training mode, whenever I start a match with a clone, the game hard freezes after the announcer says "Ready?".

Does anyone have any ideas on how to circumvent this? It has to be a clone-exclusive problem considering everything else works fine.
52  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: WIP Workshop on: August 09, 2015, 10:07:27 PM
@Program: Never heard of it, but the model does look nice.

@Kyouma: I think I agree with Program about the reflection bit in Frieza's head and shoulder things, BUT the model does look dope. Really good work with the rigging from what I can see.

@drogoth: Being an Akuma fan, I'm liking the idea of having Akuma models ready to use. Godspeed, friend.

Really good work in this thread.
53  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Stages / Re: Gamecube/Wii Stage Ripping (Taking Requests!) on: July 26, 2015, 01:45:08 PM
I would make suggestions, but I can do absolutely nothing with the models myself, so maybe disregard this but...

If there was anything I wanted ripped, it'd be more stuff from Kirby's Return to Dreamland. A bunch of levels in that game (specifically the grayscale Another Dimension levels you fight the Doomers in) would make for great Smash stages; Lord knows the Vault is lacking in those.
54  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Attacks and Animations / Re: Mortimer's Thread - New Project on: July 23, 2015, 07:39:03 PM
Whoa, Chris Redfield. Very ambitious project there. I'm not a fan of Resident Evil but I'm sure this'll come out good considering how creative your past work has been.

I'm keeping an eye on you and your work, Mortimer. Cheers.
55  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: DSX8 stuff! SmashU Onett Released... 07/16 on: July 16, 2015, 09:29:14 PM
hmm... then y am i not seeing any FPS drops on my end...?

Who knows? Maybe practicing some optimization would help. And again, no complaints. Just hoping to raise awareness.
56  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Model Imports / Re: DSX8 stuff! MM3D Majora's Room Released... 07/09 on: July 16, 2015, 03:09:43 PM
for people complaining about Suzaku Castle lagging on their wii's, here it is on mine!

I don't think pointing something out and complaining are the same thing, friend. I would figure that wanting to make your work public means that you'd make it work for the public. Just because it works flawlessly for you (with no mods as you mentioned) doesn't mean it will work for everyone else; I don't see why everyone else should have to remove their mods to get the stage running fine. Something doesn't sit right with that.

It's a shame because hundreds of people use these stages, and they lag. Not everyone can use a PC to reduce lag either, some folks stick to their Wiis, and if lag has been reported multiple times for some stages, it's an issue. It's a real shame, it prevents people from enjoying your work fully.

inb4 you say I should do it myself; Yes, I know it's long and challenging work, and if can't be fixed then I suppose it can't be fixed, which is a real shame. Apologies for the spiel, just putting in my two cents.
57  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Stages / Re: Llama Juice's Stages thread. Bowser's Castle and HD Peach's Castle Released! on: July 16, 2015, 12:39:35 PM
Hello Jesus. These stages are still gorgeous, and the references are genius. Really REALLY good work here.

I'm definitely excited to see what else you'll release, not just PM-exclusive stuff but public work as well. Cheers.

Inb4 Edits LAWL

My stuff never gets the recognition it deserves, if only it was 2011-12.

Even so, it's still a good idea to keep this thread and some other threads, I'm sure, clean of advertisement of any kind. Your signature is a good way to promote.
59  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Project Concepts / Re: Brawl 4 All *Plan on downloading the newest build. Vote! Kindle our flames!* on: July 15, 2015, 05:15:15 PM
I can't take this waiting ANYMORE! Somebody release this sh$# before I explode.
Damn, you (and quite a few others I'm sure) really skipped out on Nebulon's speech. He put a lot of time into this, he's worked his ass off to get this stuff up and running the way HE wants, and he's sharing, no one's forcing him to do this. I wouldn't want people rushing a release and being a child about it too, so you need to stop.
It really does not hurt to wait until it comes out. Stop being so ignorant and impatient.
60  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Programming / Re: BrawlBox 0.76 on: July 13, 2015, 11:44:45 AM
I am gonna make a tutorial, right after I finish Wolf Link(Haven't started even extracting his model yet, though, cause I'm super-busy), and I even PM'ed Sharky how to do it, and he got it to work. Plus I've gotten it to work for 2 mediocre imports, and I'm working on modeling hair and some swords and will import that. And I was mainly referring to the bug of Toon Link's eyes being bright yellow and his back sword always being visible, even though I wasn't even importing anything to his head. Which I believe is caused by a BrawlBox bug, which is why I mentioned it. But the shaders being copied might fix the bug where the model disappears. Cheesy But yes, I'm gonna make a tutorial on importing with Blender, and within a week from now or less, I'm gonna start importing Wolf Link and write the tutorial during the process.

Still isn't the thread for all that. Post all of that on one of your own threads, not in this one.
