91  Help & Tutorials / Help / Wireless? on: July 20, 2010, 09:22:20 PM
Alright, I need some peoples opinion about wireless routers. I have been super stressed out recently because of my LinkSys WRT54G wireless router, and I have had a different wireless router that was also a LinkSys and they both just quit working on me  Angry And I have tried to fix them both 30+ times and all its doing is making me more pissed! So I want to know what you all use for yall's wireless routers. And btw if you even DARE to recommend a LinkSys router, I will personally kill you in my mind(not that effective to you but whatev) So just don't even mention LinkSys and how great they are! Cause to me they aint!!!! And don't try to tell me how to fix them either, I don't even want to touch the thing anymore... So what do yall use that is $100 and lower, thats RELIABLE ?

No, I don't mind, my mic is broken so it would be a while before I could make one so go ahead.

Yez, it's possible, I might make a guide on how to do it soon, but for now I will just combine them for you, I upload it in a little while. And maybe expect a guide on how to do it soon.

EDIT:
Hold on, do you want, the whole model from the Really Long Hair Ike, or just the hair? And what exactly do you want from the 4th Hokage?  Lips Sealed This would be easier if I just tell you how to do it, but it will be a while before I can make the guide, because my mic broke...  Tongue

Yea, that means that you have the wrong version of DasDonkey vertex box, there are two different versions, one that works with 3DS max and one that works with animator, I was supposed to post the link to the one that works with animator, but i guess I didn't by accident, I will post it at the end of my first post soon. And thanks for the feed-back!
EDIT: I put the link in my first post just read the last sentence.
97  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: WII STOPPED READING DISCS NEED HELP D: on: July 06, 2010, 12:00:06 PM
My friend sent in his Wii because that same thing happened to him, and he took off Hombrew so that they would fix it, and after they fixed it, they updated it for him, so I suggest that you not send it in, even if it would be easier just to let them fix it. But is it really worth losing Homebrew for ever, unless they can get passed 4.3.

lol, it works fine with meta knight no glitchy anything, but the final smash eyes, they cover up his original eye, the big black one, and you can still see the corners.
Like this:(i edited a brawlbox pic)

Yea I know Tongue sry about that, and btw for anyone reading this ,and of course Mini, if you lose your SD card reader(I suppose you meant the one for your computer) if you have a jump drive, you can still put hacks onto your SD card.  Go and download the Homebrew app WiiXplorer. Once you have it downloaded it, simply put the hacks that you want onto your jump drive and then put the jump drive into your Wii. Now load the app. You should see a picture of an SD card in the top left hand corner, click on it and there should be some options, like sd, usb, dvd. Click on usb. Then find the hacks that you wanted and move the pointer over it(you can only do one at a time to my knowledge) and click + on the controller.  Then a box should pop up and ask you some functions to do with the file, click COPY, then go back to the SD Card by cllicking on the usb picture in the top left corner and click sd. The navigate your way to the spot that you want the file at/in and click plus, and click paste! and now your hacks are on your SD Card, this may take longer but at least you have a way to get them on there.

102  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: File size too big, need help. on: July 04, 2010, 02:46:22 PM
I took off the back ground and decreased the quality of the textures and it only the size only went down by 32 KB, so now its 1,406  KB,which is still to large... This sucks!
Nobody knows any other way to shrink the file size, I really don't want to be forced to use Riivolution just to play on this stage.

Thank you guys for replying, I'm going to try to reduce the quality of the textures first and if that doesn't work then, Calamitas, I would love for you to try it after that point, thats if you want to. And thank you Micaiah91. When you work for 3 hours good stuff happens XD!

Okay, first of all, lets get this clear. I do NOT use 3DS max and don't know if I ever will. But if you don't want to use 3DS Max either and you just want to simply vertex hack, here is a video tutorial I made to show everyone the gist of the way I do it.  And even though I'm editing a stage in the video doesn't mean that the same methods don't apply to character, because they do. Everything in this video will show you how to vertex hack with just Anim8tor! So here it is, sorry for the low audio. And sorry for the length(23 mins!)
Go
HERE
to watch the video. I suggest that you let it load before watching it.  And I hope it helps some future vertexers out there!
And HERE is the DasDonkey Vertex Box that works with Anim8tor, which is also included in there.
