As a matter of fact, we advise... nay, we encourage hackers to beat up their local PMDT friends for their WIP stages and then upload it all on BrawlVault. Our community will then drink the tears and laugh at the awful misfortune of these most respectful hackers taking punches like nerds.
Why on earth would you do that? What logical reason would cause you to draw that conclusion? It's the content of individual modders. If they don't feel safe uploading their content, then they have the right not to do that. For instance, a few PMDT workers teased content that didn't make it into Project M, but are currently uploaded on the Vault, for instance, Theytah's yarn Kirby. Regardless of whether it was PMDT content or not - nobody should ever upload someone else's work.
Any criticism? As you could probably see, I just switched a few of the colours on the "white" and "red" palette swap, it bothered me how similar they were. Then I added purple to the "white" one so it could Project M.
Would you ever make a CSP pack for the default Project M and Brawl Costumes, or release the PSD and Brawlbox pose? Of all the CSP's I've seen, yours are definitely the best, surpassing even SJS!
So basically, Project M turned the stages into Final Destinations and Battlefields, and you want to turn them back into what they used to be. Wouldn't it be easier to put Brawl's default stages in, then?
I would be easier, MUCH easier. It's not about doing what's easy, but doing what's totally awesome! Project M has better stage structure, placement, it's more graphically appealing for some stages, and has less bugs! However, they removed all my sweet, sweet hazards, and I miss them dearly. Also, I fixed your grammar and spelling for you.
Now that you've completed it, what're you gonna do? Retire off of the millions and trillions of dollars you've made all from donations? Take a trip to a foreign country and free its' people from oppression? Become a vigilante?! Buy a bunch of candy?!
Most characters had their pose based on their trophy or CSP in Melee, but certain characters, such as Pit, Olimar, Wario, Squirtle, Charizard, and Sheik have different poses, what's the inspiration behind their poses, and those of the characters not included in Melee?
Greetings! So as we all know, Project M is the greatest thing on earth, for both competitive and noncompetitive players alike. Regardless of who you are, it's pretty obvious that Project M took out a LOT of hazards.
This project aims to bring them back.
My goal is to put the hazards on the old brawl stages onto the new Project M structures. Some rather specific examples: I hope to return the visiting bulborb to Distant Planet, I hope to put lava on Norfair, I hope to put the rotating platform on the Brawl Green Hill Zone, and remove the sides so it's no longer a walk-off, and I hope to put the tornado in Hyrule Castle! (Albeit functioning differently, it'll be entirely animation/collision based.)
I dabbled with each one, but some turned out sort of glitchy and broken to the point of unplayability, due to my lack of knowledge. The problems were entirely with the collision. If anyone's interested, here are my files! https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9551o0vjtgxnges/AADNHFmnss3TI42OP18r3Gdua?dl=0
When I saw the first Waluigi trailer, and you revealed his biker costume, I initially thought that he was shirtless, and had just a vest. How many bones have been added to the original Waluigi model?
So this is the first time posting in the "Project Concepts" page, so all criticism is needed! There was no "how to post here" topic pinned, so I'm winging it!
This Project I hope to complete, as you can see in the Subject, is an attempt to give Project M a festive look, via the addons option in the Project M launcher!
Basically, I'm to go into every stage and character from Project M 3.5, adjust the textures to make them more festive, and call it good! I've done absolutely nothing so far! However, when I'm done, I hope to include A retexture of every map and default character palette, for a more 1. Christmas feel, 2. Halloween look, 3. St. Patrick's day appeal, 4. Easter element, 5. April Fools Day decorations 5. Whatever other holiday or seasonal appeal that comes to mind!
I'll try and make a few guidelines, but you don't have to follow them: 1. They can't change the player shape, 2. They can't change the player identity. 3. If someone contributes their work or if I'm inspired by it, I'll ABSOLUTELY credit them! 4. They have to fit the Brawl/Project M style.
