I've yet to replace all my music on Brawl. I'll probably put some remixes of the original brawl songs; or for certain hacked stages, change the music to match the theme. And I'll throw in some Star Wars and other epic music in random places.
Psst, you can try and use LookItsLink's Raccoon Mario as a base for the tail if you do choose to give him one.
Well Racoon Marios tail is short and stubby so it works. But Mickeys is long and thin, I tried giving him one and in game it looked like a line stickin' out his butt.
Maybe make a fake tail that is curved? I'm not sure how it would look though
I'm making some fixes for my stages, and taking some small requests. Then I was thinkin on making some easy stage before I can really get to work with FoD. Maybe I could finish that retexture for Saffron City I was making. Don't know yet, I've just returned home today xD
Is the retexture a brawlified version/ original texture? Or are you simply touching up some things from the n64 texture?
just a comment; Personally I think MOM Zamus would look better with more gold colored hair. In Brawl it's just a blonde color, but it looks a lot different from what I've seen in the trailers/gameplay (I still need to get the game...)
Yeah... i'm not really an expert on these things srry I do know that as far as IASAs go, I've never seen one you could just walk out of. I'm sure it's possible with some hacking, just I've never seen it.
you could make a PSA with a IASA, although it wouldn't stop the SFX from playing in other words, you could make a taunt that can be canceled out with another move after a short timeframe (think about mario's taunt in ssb64; you could shield out of it halfway through) It's just that the sound files will continue to play despite if you move afterwards (notice, falcon punches, warlock punches, and several other moves have TWO sound files, so that if the character is hurt midway in the animation, it doesn't have to play the rest of the sound file).
or did you still want the sound file to continue? in that case, disregard what I just said. All you would need then is the IASA.
Just wondering, is it possible someone could edit the OP? It's rather outdated, and I'm sure it would help people out using this thread; it's a hassle looking through all the pages since march 1, and it takes a bit of time looking through the advanced search in the vault, to find exactly what you need. If it's not possible to update the OP it's fine. I just think it would help a lot.
Sackchu is pure awesome. Really nice work I'd love to see sack climbers! .... but I don't mind something else in the meantime, since you just released a sack texture. It's up to you though.
Other M Zamus is awesome. The hair/ponytail looks really amazing, and if I'm correct it seems like the facial features are edited a bit, which looks nice. Idk if it's just me, but her hips look just slightly wide, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm just used to seeing the off-proportion brawl zss. Anyways, keep up the great work. Can't wait to download.
dang, I love the texture. It's nice how even when you've never heard of the source of many of these textures, you can still appreciate a well executed texture. It really looks nice so far.
I remember someone else talking about a wolf link psa once, but some of the moveset hit a dead end since... wolf link doesn't really have all that much moveset-wise to work off of. One suggestion was that instead of wolf link, wolf link with Midna on top would be made. This would allow MANY different options, expansions off of all the current ideas. Midna's attacks could be more centered around the B moves, while wolf link could be the smash attacks and all the other A moves. Model-wise and animation-wise, I have no idea if this is plausible or extremely difficult. This is simply a suggestion that I think would make this moveset twice as awesome.
