32  Help & Tutorials / Help / [Solved] Best Way To Approach No Changing Samus? on: June 26, 2014, 08:14:00 PM
Hey everyone! I have made Samus and Zero Suit Samus separate characters. But what bugs me is they still change when they use their final smashes. What would be the best way to approach removing this transformation? I know there are movesets for Zelda/Shiek to fix this problem but I have no idea with Samus/ZSS. Is there maybe a code? Please Help!
Thanks Ahead of Time,

I think you accidentally posted this on the wrong thread, post this on the Project R thread.

Remmember, this thread is to restore broken hacks, not remake them.
Yeah I did do the wrong one no wonder it wasn't appearing in the Project R section, I am so sorry!

I tried posting this earlier so if it comes up twice I am sorry.

Anyway I am trying to learn texture editing but I am not ready for the ones that require a large amount of shading so I am going to do another Kirby retexture called Dark Kirby.

Okay sadly I am not very good at texture editing but I don't just want to stop helping with Project R so I am going to do yet another Kirby!

I am aware there is another Dark Kirby but I like the color scheme on this one and it should be redone.

40  Help & Tutorials / Help / King Dedede Help on: May 26, 2014, 08:57:56 PM
Hello, for a while I had the Shadow over King Dedede character. (Link below) About a week ago it started freezing when Shadow was coming into a match! (After you select a stage) So I deleted all of the files from that pack and made a new GCT file with just the file patch code. Now whenever you select Dedede you get to where the Waddle Dees are carrying him in and then it freezes. Has anyone else had this problem? I really need a fix! Thanks ahead of time!

Well scout the reason I added the lines is because the original had them so first thing I thought was a retro look.  I am using Paint.Net Other than that I will try to mess around with BrawlBox thanks

I really appreciate it Scout! If I have any questions I will ask!
(also I am working on that texture tonight)
Actually how do you do the custom poses mentioned in your rules?

Post Merge: May 19, 2014, 05:01:55 PM
Okay I have the textures done, all I need to do is the CSPs and BPs. Tell me what you think.

I think I made it a hair paler than the original, but looks okay.

I would like to join. I am kind of new to texture hacking so I picked a simple one. I believe that helping with this project will increase my skill. Here: http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=5510
44  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Programming / Pokemon Trainer Removal Code on: May 17, 2014, 10:23:52 PM
Hello I have found a code that gives each pokemon there own slot. I am wanting to make these separate characters. My problem is that the Pokemon Trainer is in my way. He is obviously able to change pokemon. This causes some weird combinations. (A trainer with Ridley for example) I can't make a CSS with the trainer hidden or anything because this code changes the order of all the slots for some reason. So if I move it out of sight it will be a random character and most likely the trainer will still be there somewhere. Is there a code to remove the pokemon trainer? I should also mention I am using http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Moderated=All&Reported=All&Wifi=0&Featured=All&Name=Best+Codes+for+vBrawl+(Freezeproof!)&ByUser=&Credit=&Info=&AudioSource=&MainType=-1 If that helps.
Thanks ahead of time,
Aqua Gaming

P.S. I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.
45  Help & Tutorials / Help / CSS Organizer Problems on: May 11, 2014, 03:47:22 PM
Hello I am new to CSS editing. I am currently using CSS Organizer to make my CSS. So, I created a CSS that I liked and went through the steps. Save it, replace the sc_selcharacter in brawlbox, etc. Whenever I play on my wii, the icons are in the correct locations just the characters are in a different order. For example, at the bottom I have my random icon, but when I play ganondorf is there. I am wondering what I did wrong and if anyone else is having this problem. Also the obvious, how do I fix it?
Thanks ahead of time,
Aqua Gaming
