Found out what I did wrong
I put "2E" at the front of the value instead of the end.

No BrawlEX, I am using a custom CSS though, would that cause problems?

Is there something I'm doing wrong here? I'm trying to port Mario over Snake and it keeps crashing

uhm. are you dumb? there is no emulator. there is no playable rom. people have a modified 3ds to be able to extract these textures and stuff like that. Boobsey wasnt the person who ripped them.

What, there's a ROM, and with the XOR pad I can go inside
However there is no way of emulating the ROM(sans like, a flashcard)

Moving on to Charizard, a few things I've noticed about him:
Fly(up+B) doesn't do fire damage anymore
and rock smash seem slightly nerfed(not sure to what degree)

This should rplace Ganondorf's neutral B

We need a menu "Pic of the every now and then"
Then we'll really be a smash 4 project

Funnily enough though, brawls CSPs are 128x160, but it only shows a 128x128 square in the CSS

CSPs should be done by tomorrow. I guess we'll use Brawls for the cut chars(Lucas, Snake ect.)
Also I might do Smash 4's menu buttons after this, who knows
