I have an idea to make FoD reflection, and I think it'll work. Grab any Pokemon Stadium screen and put it upside down on the water, but it'll be only in "stadium view mode".

Awesome hack! I loved it!
But I found a bug... With the cape, when you run and at the right time when mario changes his run animation to SMW one, if you use U-Smash, the screen will turn black and you can't see a thing. The only way to get rid of it is resetting the game. I didn't tested it on my wii and on another versions of Dolphin.

But I notice something:

No tree wind animation
No bushes animation

Will you make them?

Mewtwo, are you going to animate the little bushes? I mean, when the whisp blow, the bushes are "pushed".
