Omega version isnt released yet.. but yes I plan on doing that since the stage is being made over Shadow Moses Island.

STGMETALGEAR_00 - Regular
STGMETALGEAR_01 - Omega
STGMETALGEAR_02 - Regular (no platforms on left side) or Omega with platforms.
I'd definitely go for Omega with platforms that sounds perfect. Most people don't like walk offs, I'm sure you know.
While you're at it you can use your .rel magic to make giant hadoukens with hitboxes terrorize all three versions of the stage so they're almost unplayable... or not... you know it's up to you.

I haven't added an update in the past few day because Peach is being a professional pain when it comes to getting her colours right ingame. Also, Smash 4 DLC is the greatest thing ever!

Update time! One of the small details about Peach that annoyed me was her golf club... It looks awful.
I made it chrome and the head has two different reflections on it (they're a little hard to see here).



Also, can anyone explain this. Peach's golf "hilt"? and head both use textures from melee. That doesn't sound that weird until you do research and realize they both are unused textures in melee left in Plum's trophy.

textures do impact fps drops, because they need to be stored in RAM, so if they are smaller, they require less space, meaning the RAM is less likely to overflow, also im pretty sure render speed depends on texture size as well
I guess that answers our question. I still my do some test to see how much texture size affects fps drop though. Maybe someone could suggest a few laggy stages?

Also, DSX8 would you ever consider making the omega form of this stage? If so let me know.

Yeah, I only really tried it on that stage and one other so I might do a few more experiments to try and find out why it reduced the fps drop. Maybe it was just a weird fluke, I've had quite a few of those.

texture sizes doesnt affect gameplay, its the amount of faces/poly's that r seen from the games camera.

updated the stage lighting, and character lighting.. somewhat close to SmashU lighting
That's weird, it worked for your Pyrosphere import. On my wii it had a significant fps drop so I reduced all of the texture sizes by half and it now has almost no fps drop. Also, stage lighting looks great!

In my opinion this is the most beautiful stage in the entire game! When I saw that stage all I could think about was if it was going to be on the 3ds (I don't have a Wii U... Sadness) It was well worth the cost! Also, just a note I'm sure you already know, however, If you lower the texture sizes by half it will reduces the drop in fps by alot. Yes, I know it doesn't look quite as good but you really can't tell during game play. Great work! I'm glad you're working on this one.

After Peach is released I'll make a tutorial if anyone wants it, but for now lets just say I first discovered this in a trophy and was able to implement it in Peach.
So Peach is pretty much in her final stage before recolours so the next picture you see of her will be in game. In the mean time I thought I'd show a bit of my Hyrule Zelda. Keep in mind this is not final.

Or maybe it's her hair that's the surprise?

But she definitely has like moving textures or something; or is that just because it's a .gif?
It might be that I was able to make her gold embroidery actually shiny...Like it always should have been in my opinion.

I dunno; I kinda liked the old design better. But that's just my opinion, I guess.

Nothing was per se wrong with the old one I just looked out of place and was inaccurate. Here it is with the actual picture of Wii U Peach.

Okay, Update time! This was the secret part that I haven't shown yet, because I don't know if anyone will like it and because I haven't tested it in game. Can you guess what it is?

Also I'm glad to see someone else using imgur lol, photobucket and all of those other sites are annoying

Thanks, and yeah those sites are quite annoying, however, don't even get me started on imageshack! Half the picture on the web are down thanks to them

Update! So... I was looking at Peach's chest texture and I realized it looked awful. I think this was one of the first parts of the texture I made so I apparently thought this looked acceptable. I was wrong. The new version looks 10x better in my opinion.

Just saying, but you can press Ctrl+Right-Click to rotate the screen to see her back. Just sayin'. Smiley
Haha, yeah I know how to do that, that's how I got the picture. I should have been more clear I meant in game you hardly ever see her back not Brawlbox.

What about a Hyrule Warriors colored Link? That'd be super-awesome, and with the Brawl model, it might even be cooler than the actual Hyrule Warriors model.
I don't know about Hyrule warriors Link, iwantgame's are on my build already and they're one of my favorite imports ever. Maybe a Link we don't have on the vault yet or one that needs an update... If there even are any like that.

Update time! I got the back almost finished. Keep in mind I don't have a picture of Peach's back but I'm pretty sure this is what it looks like on the Wii U version. Not that you really see it anyways. Her hair pretty much always covers it.

Could you possibly do a Zelda or Link after Peach??? I'd love to see what you'd do with them.
I'm actually already working on a Hyrule warriors Zelda texture. It's the one I'll be working on after Peach. I haven't thought about Link yet though. If you have any ideas feel free to share them.

I might have to check this Peach out when it's finished.
Thanks for the compliment! I'll probably be spending the rest of the night getting the crown jewels
as close as possible to the real thing... Tedious work, but it'll be worth it.

I'll definitely try darkening the blue and lightening the ref. I'll see what it looks like then post the results.
