I know these aren't stages, but could you rip Pax and the weapons from Mushroom Men for Wii; Male character from Sin and Punishment Star Succsesor; Gnome from Gnomez(WiiWare); T-Rex from Fossil Fighter and Dillion from Dillion's rolling western? I know some of these are obscure and you probably don't have. Also note that that might not be the right title for S&P but I'm pretty sure its star something.
As for stages: Mt. Battle from Pokemon Colleseum/XD Edit: Area 10 specifically, the area where you fight the 100th trainer. Mirror B's Hideout Pokemon Colleseum The first boss battle with Mirror B in his Cave in Pyrite Town. Maybe have Mirror B and a group of Lodicollo dancing in the background Pyrite Town Colleseum Basically the Pyrite Town Colleseum, a walk off stage with a high ceiling and maybe some wall collisions Poke Floats from SSBM Dragon Kings Tomb from Mortal Kombat deception
I'm not familiar with ripped stage file types so I guess you could save it in whatever format works for you.
I'd also like to know how these custom specials would work; if you could fit all the Specials into one pac file, how would you switch between the moves?
My PM game won't load. I've been playing PM for several months now, but for some reason its no longer loading. When trying to load PM(through Stage Builder and Homebrew) the game goes back to the home menu like brawl isn't in the Wii. I've tried downloading a new PM and putting it on my SD card but that didn't work either. I've been able to load emulators using the same SD card so I don't think the SD card is the problem. Has anyone had this problem before, and does anyone know how to fix this?
No idea, I've never used BrawlEx before, maybe the codes conflict somehow with the stage expansion. Have you tried over another slot? Maybe STGCUSTOM07 works or something O.o
Well, I'm having prombles with multi file stages in general, Mushroom Kingdom 64 opens up, but the tubes don't work properly. That said could PM D.I.Y. be reason the reason its not working?
I'm having problems getting Grunty's Lair to work in Project M D.I.Y. I downloaded it and renamed all 10 files STGCUSTOM06... I even got a FD and Luigi's Mansion rel to see if either of them would work, but every time I try to load the stage PM freezes. Can anyone helpme with this?

This isn't the full list of characters, and some of the ones you see above might not be in the first demo. These are just concepts I put together and can change at any moment in development. When selecting the characters I'm trying to think of the Anime/Manga Industry as a whole, so series that have had influence on other Anime/Manga or other media. For Example: Kimba the White Lion is noted as the first full color Anime while Appleseed is/was know for its "stunning visuals'(it was also voted best Manga of '86), and One Piece is considered one of the best Anime/Manga currently publishing. So when judging what characters are added, I'm looking for popular series(Space Dandy and One Piece) and series that have been influential to the industry as a whole(Kimba).
And to be perfectly honest with you I had no Idea who Kimba was either before I decided to do this project. lol.
Sounds pretty good, if your using the Clone Engine to add characters then I might be able to help with that, also for the Melee version I think we should keep the veteran PSA's the way they are and add the SSB4 stuff like add-on content.
I'm using brawl managers to change the SSS icons of my custom stages, but whenever I try to change the series icon it changes the icons for all custom stages. So I add a Mario icon to my Mario galaxy stage and it adds the same icon to my Windy Hill Zone and Pyrosphere stage. How do I fix this?
Do the stages need rel files? If so make sure you only have 1 rel file, not one for each stage.
Grutnty's Lair goes over FD by default, but goes over Luigi's Mansion and Sky Pillar goes over itself. Post Merge: May 29, 2015, 03:19:59 PMI've run into another problem. When I try changing the Icons using BrawlManger, it changes the icons for all the stages. How do I fix this?
