I added Montimers' Koopa Troopa PSA (I want to add, cuz I don't want replace any Jigglypuff alts), but my CSS is empty!!! Even I have Gecko Hook Type AXNextFrame.

I don't think that's the problem here.

Only models that are specifically made to work over that slot will work on it. "Fitpurin02" is a very strange file, it is Jigglypuffs only slot that uses articles. That means it has to get information from a secondary file to work properly.  So, FItpurin02 has an extra model, bones, and shadow that none of the other Jigglys have -

So what is the point of me telling you all of this junk? The more you know!
As for solving your problem try this fix and tell me if it works.

Did you try downloading this one, using BrawlBox and the Models Resource or Textures Resource to find the original texture that he used, and then put those textures onto the model and re-upload it?

Hello Kitty Corp Meow Mix Users! Today I downloaded Wigglytuff over Jigglypuff. I wanna to replace from Jigglypuff (Sleep Hat) (FitPurin02) to Wigglytuff, but it crashes the game by this error on Dolphin Emulator 3.0 stable version:
ERROR: Trying to compile at 0. LR=80713730.
Somebody help me!

LittleBoygos' Torchic is completely deleted in infinitysmashteam and in his MediaFire. I think LittleBoygos has banned by mediafire or LittleBoygos deleted his profile.
