That's the idiot who doesn't know how to use the report button. I hate that he didn't bother to post something in the 'Help' section, he just decides to put it in his hack. Someone should troll him and post 'It's not even Flame.' because that's what he does with EVERY SINGLE HACK.
I'd do it, but I used to make a lot of stupid reports and at least 2 or 3 people here hate me for it now.
