I know about the bin to jpg converter, But is there a way to convert a jpg back to a bin file?

Ok, I don't know If anyone knows what causes this or how to fix It. But some of the custom songs I've used get all scratchy and loud for some reason. It returns back to normal when It loops, But I'd rather have It not happen at all.

How do I change the color of the buttons on Flat Zone 2? I can't seem to find anything that edits them.

I need some help, I made a Zero Suit Samus texture hack recently that works fine in the game, But If you have ZSS selected when using this hack, The game freezes at the stage selection screen. I have no idea why this is happening so If anyone can help, I’ll send It to you If I can trust you to not tell anyone what It is, Or send It to anyone else. I want It to be a surprise.

So about a month ago I was thinking about the "Paper Mache Mario" texture hack made by S./Register and thought that maybe If It had a properly placed black line It might look more like Paper Mario on Flat Zone 2 and Hanenbow. But then I thought "I don't know what those stages do to make the characters flat, But I wonder If a code that makes the characters in the game look like that all the time is possible". So I'm just wondering, Is It possible to make a code that could make characters look flat on any stage or is this impossible?

For a Captain Falcon texture hack I'm working on, I need to know two things:

1. What part of his arm is the shoulder?

2. How do I remove the Captain Falcon symbol on his back without making his back look cel-shaded?

Ok, I don't know why but for some reason the textures in Spear Pillar aren't changing. I've edited almost everything yet some of the textures are still the same. Also I want to know how to edit the sky in Spear Pillar because what I'm trying to make requires that I change the sky. Don't tell me that the sky in Spear Pillar can't be edited because I've seen It done before., Register made a Spear Pillar hack that had a different sky color.

Every time I try to make a new texture for someone who has an indexed image Ash crashes and I get a message saying TPL Splitter has stopped working. Can someone please tell me what's wrong and how to fix It because It's really pissing me off, And I won't be able to make anymore textures that requires an indexed image to be changed If this problem isn't resolved.

I'm making a stage hack for Green Hill Zone and I want to know how to edit the sky and water. I'm using stash to edit the stage If that has anything to do with It.
