Just so you know guys, we can't have TOO many characters on screen (IIRC did 8 brawlers on screen lag the game).

We have  about 50 characters lined up to be on screen and a big stage, I don't think the wii will  be able to handle it.

People seem to be pretty interested in the MvC3 format.

I'm working on it at the moment and it is pretty hard (people around xentax stopped on the format because of the face points, which are weird).

Also, I have my SSB opening cutscene room (the one where Master Hand pulls characters out of the box) enhanced model, I might finish that and import it.

Just to clear things up guys, making a character from scratch isn't the easiest thing to do and it is even harder to make it look better than crap. Not to mention it takes about a million times more time than vertex hacking AND if you use your own skeleton you will be remaking EVERY animation on the character you are importing over (to avoid re doing animations you can use the brawl skeletons, but if your character is of different proportions this can be really tedious, you cannot move the brawl bones or else they will be distorted during an animation).

So this doesn't mean there will be a flood of characters being made (stages are probably going to be spammed though).

I mentioned the main way how I've done so before around this forum, but I really need to be more specific if anyone wants to attempt to make their own (since nobody understood the techno-jargon in my post).

Will you share your findings with me? I need motivation to get into vertexing and getting good at it.

This isn't vertex editing, this is building a model from scratch. You will need a lot more skills than just moving around vertices now.

Guys I have a nice idea for the water.

If there is animated water, let me do it (I want to experiment with translucent g and animated textures).

It's possible, but brute forcing it would take 10x longer than it would making a model importer.

Also as a suggestion, why don't we have some sort of path around the mountain and you progressively get higher as you play (maybe you ride something on the way up).

That would leave a lot more to be viewed.

EDIT: I'm also up for a fair bit of animating.

This is going to be a Stage hack, it's written all over these pages. There's gonna be 4 different versions.

There is a specific member who is known for trolling, deleting things, and pulling stupid jokes, they like to call pranks. He will not be added on this collaborated stage.

This is gonna be a collaboration between 69 people, and I'm not about to work my ass off on this stage, and have a troll be added and just pull a "prank" delete the thing, and just get a "warning" on it because he's in the KC MM Family.

That's just not gonna happen, I know better. It's nobody that has posted here, but I think I made it obvious on who I'm talking about.
