The patcher only affects vertex data, the face data is untouched. You would have to write your own program to import polygons, just wait for the model importer.

That whole patching thing only affects the vertex vectors, faces (and everything else) are left untouched.

but I think there's a manipulation value somewhere...

I'm not too sure what you are talking about Tcll and it is pretty likely you already know this, but the reason behind you exporting the raw vertex values and them looking screwed is because of the raw vertex values are the values of the vertices minus the changes being made by the bones.

That is why Will's converter only worked properly with trophy models, there was only 1 bone.

If you don't understand what I'm saying, I'll come to your chat tomorrow and explain it a little clearer. I could have sworn I brought this up a while ago.

Well anyway I don't think there is a guide, try to replace an already existing article with the 3d model of a boot.

Just as an FYI I didn't try and start the fight up again, I was just saying that it shouldn't matter and to get over it. Also, clearly the issue hadn't been resolved because a couple posts after mine it came up again.

He didn't remove stuff, he was probably in the process of adding something to the model viewer and because he didn't finish it, it broke the viewer.

Use common sense.

Why the hell do you guys care about getting a credit for a texture that a small amount of people are gonna care about.

Even if your texture was used as a base KTH (which I think it isn't), why does it matter that you get credit? To me that texture looks like it took 2 minutes to make (solid colors with no details).

You didn't own the idea either, he could have not seen your vault and just made that texture without knowing yours even existed.

Stop being a whiny, attention greedy [censored].

I support Nekomon with this, if he says it is his work, it is his work. The issue here isn't big enough to make a large fuss anyway.

Get an actual model of Goku (not a vertex hack) and I would do pretty much all the animations.

Just so everyone here knows making an entirely new model isn't as easy as you may think >.>

Id just like to get a show of hands of who can actually model something from scratch, unwrap, texture, create a working skeleton and skin.

Because by how everyone is talking they are making it seem like making a new model is easier than vertex editing.

Be more specific, there are countless Codes that'd fit in a RSBE01.gct.
