Just so you know, ASH can screw up things, your best off manually hexing it. I tried to make an AT with ASH and it didn't work (it worked after a manual hex).

Its fairly easy to find the pointers. Its just a matter of deleting all the PLT0 info, deleting the PLT0's pointer, then editing all the pointers so they point to the right spot.

Try backing up all your folders, then re extracting the .pac file in ASH, then pasting your folders back in there.

That usually fixes the problem for me. If it doesn't work, i have 1 more thing you can try.

Are the .pac files the same size?

Im pretty sure over at MM you can dl the trophy models (im not 100% sure, but i think you can).

Indexed textures shouldn't have alpha layers.
If it is a mipmap issue, upload it and ill fix it.

Edit the edge textures.
The edge texture with color is the surface being reflected and the other is the lighting of the edge texture.

There is. If you are willing to delete the PLT0 file in her .pac and edit the pointers so its all corrected. As i said, its possible, just annoying and time consuming.

No, because final smash eyes are overlays, normal eyes are just regular textures.

AFAIK, SSBBarc doesn't remove PLT0 files (or edit pointers, but i could be wrong). You can change the image type, but not remove the PLT0 file with just SSBBarc (i have done it with items before, a huge pain in the ass). Not really that useful anyway, you will hardly see a difference.
