Sorrt if it's been asked before but how do I use them?

e.g Mario's blue cape and water stars, sword slashes effects, aura effects.

Here's a list I made thanks to the pre-made Color list, edited to put the characters in name order. Brackets denotes original Brawl costumes.
Some notes:

• Snakes WTF camo I think is his Snow one
  
  All Mario Strikers Costumes replace Blue cept for Daisy Striker
  
  Tried to have similer costumes for Samus/ZZS and Zelda/Sheik
  
  All Melee costumes replace default cept for Falcon who I replaced his Light Blue one
  
  Few costumes came from that tourney pack e.g Proper colors for Falco, Pokemon Trainer and Sonic.
  
  Can't seem to get Giga Bower's costumes working, his folder is gkoopa right?

What tools do I need to replace songs in Brawl? I'm just gonna download the songs on here instead of making one myself so most of the tutorial is not needed for me.
