well, after my SD Loader broke, i didnt do textures for a while... then i just got bored with brawl hacking in general. I never even got my SD Loader fixed or bought a new one, because i really just dont feel like it. You know, there was a time when i was one of the top ten posters, one of the top ten topic starters, hell i was one of the top ten most peopl online. But that slowly whent away as did I. I'm sorry if there was anyone who liked my textures, but im leaving the brawl hacking comunity... I might drop by every now and then just to see whats happening, but you wont see much of me anymore. I only made 2 more textures before my sd loader broke (besides a freaky looking samus and a charizard recolor that i dont know where they are on my comp) and here they are. No this is not me asking for a converter, it is a problem with the converter i have, sometimes when i try to convert a .bin file, it says
JPEG error #58.
so im just curious wtf does that mean, and y wont it open up my .bin file?

picano once made a post concerning how to edit CLRO files, but that post was only concerning  's CLRO's... (i couldent find anything in the faq, so i decided i'd post here, sorry if this was answered in the faq and i missed it) So I'm just curious "how would i edit another characters CLRO files?" ex. squirtles water, to make it look like fire I would be very gratefull if someone could explain to me how to open/mess around with CLRO files |

all the captain falcon textures i see dont have edited faces, theres always this unedited black part, and i wonna know, is that black eye part editable?

ok is it wrong to do the same texture as another person?! i mean, what if people didn't like that texture and wanted one of their own? Wtf is wrong with people, when they see a texture like their's made by someone else? look at what happebd at ESH today, god Dairantou Glitch [censored] was all like "ass hole i already made this" and if the dude from Dairantou Glitch [censored] is reading this, your texture isn't worth 2 [censored]s anyway, it sucked major ass, and also, make your own textures recoloring someone else's dosen't make it your texture god reading that guys comment really pissed me off...  Edit: Bonzai, your texture rocked, I don't care if anyone else made it first |

ok, it took me forever to make my ike texture, i was lost with the indexed textures...eventually i figured out on my own though, i was saving them incorectly, this guide dosent have pics but i hope it helps.
Ok this guide basicly starts off at the end of Mnsg's guide.
1.After your done indexing (according to that textures special needs) hit File>Save.
2. Look at the bottom, under the desired saved file's name, where it says "save file type as" it should say "PSD" that is wrong
3. Click "save file type as" and scroll down to "Targa .tga" a file will show up.
4. Save your picture you're editing as the same name as the file that showed up it will say "XXXXX+2.tga already exists..." hit "yes"
End: now to make sure this works hit "Window" and make sure channels is checked, then look at the bottom right of your screen under "channels" there should only be 2: "rgb" and "alpha"
now you can exit, if it asks you if you want to save, just hit "no"
