I had planned on releasing the Other M Samus vertex once it's finished. I thought that the some recolors would be released shortly afterwards.
Then once the psa project is finished, you would package up the vertex, all the csps, recolors, sound packs, the psa itself, and everything else we've done. Then release this final package with everyone as collaborators.
Or I could just hold off on releasing the model until the Psa is finished. I could then release it separately afterwards for those who don't want to download the psa just to get the Vertex. It doesn't matter to me. I had just planned to release it beforehand.
You and blade are the project leaders, so it's your decision.
OH I hadn't noticed that they were pushed forward that far. That's because I made them thinner in the back but didn't mess with the front of them. Normally Samus's shoulders extend that far, it just isn't noticeable because they are all-around huge.
I'll fix that too.

Everyone who wants to do recolors can do some recolors. The more the merrier.
The shoulders look like that because I tilted the shoulders up so they lined up with the chest in the T-pose (as they look in Other M). I probably shouldn't have done that because in all other poses they would be tilted up too high.
I need to tilt them down farther.
The removal of the grey things under the shoulders also contributed to that problem, but the suit doesn't have those in Other M. In fact, in Other M, the shoulder is attached to the actual shoulder, instead of being attached to the neck line as it is in Brawl.
I'm not sure how well it will turn out, but I will tilt them down and do some tests.

The model will be released separately, so I see no reason a recolor pack shouldn't be released separately. Some people will want the model/recolors but not want to use the psa.
The csp and such should be saved for the final PSA package which will include everything we've done for this project.
Once I get the PSA for the missles going (To make the side smash actually shoot missles) Then we'll choose the animation after that. Because The effects make the difference.
And SDoom was going to help with the PSA for the throws. So He might know how to fix them. Cause the throws are still stuck with the grapple beam.
@Weyard: Samus has no Missle-Gun model... They're fired from her plain arm cannon.
I thought it replaced the model with one where the tip was opened up. So are each of the frontal pieces attached to a bone that opens in the animation?
Are you programming it to use the Missile-Gun model during the animations or is it still using the normal gun? That could help the look of them quite a bit.
Wow that texture looks horrible in-game. It's too saturated. Forget that texture. I'm not using it at all. Its official. I will be making my own texture.
- THIS ISN'T THE FINAL VERTEX. This is just so they can test with something closer to the final version.
The arms are still way too bulky. I need to slim them down significantly.
The legs are pretty much as good as they are going to get.
The spike on the gun isn't sticking out enough.
The back needs a ton of work.
Shoulders are still way too big. Need to be scaled down significantly.
Helmet's shape is off. Needs heavy shaping in the forehead area.
Chest is perfect and won't be edited further.
Black metal things under the shoulders will be vertexed off.
