He's going to have a cape for the moment. I have a few ideas I'm gonna try based on Galacta Knight's sprite animations. But, if it doesn't work out, I'll stick with a normal cape.

Well since Bulbasaur was a bust, there's only one other pokemon I'm going to try to turn Ivysaur into. That Pokemon is Nidorina.
It's gonna look a little awkward without a PSA moveset since Nidorina doesn't have vines or leaves. But, if the rest of Ivysaur's model doesn't flip **** on me, it's going to look perfect

And since I'm already gonna mess up the natural order, lets throw in a Charizard model too. How about Dragonite?

I'm not gonna promise anything though since I have no idea if Ivysaur's or Charizard's vertices will work right. (I can't even edit Squirtle's tail atm)

But if all goes well, we should have:


This will all be after Galacta Knight of course.

Well, I tried once more and surprise, surprise, Ivysaur's bulb is as dumb as ever.

LOL, people keep using my old textures for vertex hacks.


Actually I'm only using it as a base, no offense, but I'm pretty much going to do an overhaul on it since a lot of details were wrong (shell patterns), part of his cheek spots are missing, and the eyes were poorly done (me no likey white lines). Not to mention that I've added ears, claws (not shown yet), and real fangs. Then I'll detail all of that and it should be good to go.

It's an inside joke. If you don't get it, I can't help you.

Anyway, I just put Machine Passage on the first post. I know I've been focusing on vertices editing a lot late so I'll release this early.

The next stage set for launch is City Trial from Kirby Air Ride. It will have 100% custom textures. I'm also trying some perspective ideas like creating the illusion of the underground tunnels.



Like I said, those textures you see aren't ripped. I'm recreating them by hand.

Expect it sometime right after Galacta Knight.

Hehe... Oops, I already made a texture for her... So you say that the textures are the same for the final version, just the model is changed? Oh well, I guess I'll just make a version two of my edit. XD
It's fine. Like I said, your texture will still look perfect on the final version. I'm just touching up some minor details.

Well, Galacta Knight doesn't need a shield anyway if you can't make it, your progress looks good... Oh and I haven't commented here yet about Leaf, you did a great job with her, and that Wartortle is looking good too. ^_^
Thanks. I do kind want him to have a shield, but not enough that I'd learn to use PSA.

Wartortle is pretty much in the "clean-up" stages right now. It's just a matter of fixing up the texture.

...One more thing, was it okay to make an edit of your Leaf model hack?

Sure, if it's just a texture. But you're probably going to want to wait until she's totally finished if you want mess with her model. I have every intention of at least trying to finish her this weekend.

But like I said, any texture that gets made on her beta model will look perfect on the finished one since it's only a few minor adjustments and tune-ups. (Mainly her face and neck)

And with that out of the way, there's no set time line for him yet Plasmakirby. Unless someone makes a PSA where his sword glow is always active for me (nothing else changed), then he's going to have a shield that only appears when he attacks if at all.

That's actually the picture I've been going off of. Keep in mind that it's still in VERY early development. (Literally started working on him 4 hours ago and that pic was taken 2 hours ago)

MK's mask isn't exactly giving me much to work with as far as the horns go, but I'm still playing around with them.

Blue's been added to the first post and the log is updated with goodies.

So I'm finally getting back into the swing of things. I've been taking a break from Brawl and playing Kirby Air Ride the past few days. Still the best multiplayer game Nintendo has to offer. I'll be replicating textures from it since I can't rip them as you can see from the picture in the first post. That means Air Ride stages for Brawl! Yeeeaaaaa!......among other things.

Read the last 2 or 3 pages. It pretty much explains what's happening with those two. I'm taking a break from vertices for a little bit, but Wartortle is dependent on if FortWaffles makes a better guide on how faces work. (Squirtle's head is one big face)
