Everything in Partition 2 on the .iso can be loaded on the SD Loader.
The SD Loader has many flaws (Especially with music, it's known for switching to another song at random/creating static sounds). In the .iso, it's a simple replace, and you don't have to rename what you want to replace.
Burning an .iso can load all of the portraits you have in your common5_en.pac, and not crash at the character select screen.
That's all I can think of. I'm pretty sure there's more.
I caught them when I run with Ness. I would not know what to call it except that he doesn't move smoothly.
Let me guess, he looks like he takes a step back? It's also in the walking animation. I have the same problem, there's something wrong with the loop of the run.
Just an FYI, animations, and model swaps do not belong in the PSA boards unless they are modifications to your PSA (Ex. Knuckle Joe, Waluigi, Pain etc).
Does any of this currently have actual use with the PSA program? If not, I will move your topic.
so Is there jus no way for me to do it at all then? you cant think of anything, is there some way to force texture transparency? Maybe I'll try to edit the vertices with the vertice editor wil that work?
I really don't think editing vertices will even remove it.
Errr... could somebody please make an "Capeless, Scarfless, Headband-Tailess Ike" with no shoulderpad and no chestplate? I need it for a revamp of one of my textures.
Ike's cape, scarf, and headband tails support transparency. You're better off making them transparent because Jack's Capeless, Scarfless, Headband-Tailess Ike has graphical glitches.
Hi! I want to say that I use a lot of your fantastic model hacks guys! by the iso replacement method. and all work perfect except No Laurel, Wings, Jewelry, or ArmRings Pit , when hi is on the halberd or the queen parasite chamber with another model hack or rob he Lag my game and sometimes crash it.
Heh, I was starting t had doubts until I tried R.O.B. on the Halberd. It started graphically glitching when I turned around, and did an aerial just a few second after the match started.
I'll put up a note on the OP, and ask Jack for a fix.
EDIT: I waited a bit on the results screen to see if he would randomly graphically glitch. I believe he starts acting up when an aerial is performed.
After being unsuccessful in creating CSPs using Gimp/ cupash, I've decided to try Brawl box. I was surprised on how easy it was to add and edit CSPs.
But before I continue investing my time creating CSPs for my whole roster, I was wondering if there was a way to create battle and .bress portraits using brawlbox. If it is, anyone mind telling me how?
It's possible, but it sucks since you need to edit one brres for one Battle Portrait. I still use CUPASH for that, and the Victory Screen portraits.
Victory screen portraits aren't that bad since they have all the CSPs of one character in one brres.
EDIT: To save time creating Victory screen portraits, extract the brres of one character in the common5_en.pac, and rename it to MenSelchrFaceB###.brres (more info on naming here http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=25.0 ).
Monsieurs y madames, I have more news regarding zee Legless Kirby! I simply wanted it to be me (Luigi) versus three boos, yet the errors would not allow it. I can do it with one boo, so I did the investigating. Do not yell at me for the noobosity, but they cannot work together? No brotherly love with legless Kirbies?
For zee record, the two armless bob-ombs work with smoothness, as before with the meta knight.
