I test the zss longhair well there is glitch it changes the gameplay i cant play a rp with zss normal air and zss has a short glide toss with the long zair i ve also seen a weird down b glitch


The glide toss shouldn't be short. It's only the hair that's been made longer in the animation. I'll look into this, and the other two you mentioned.

EDIT: With testing from MRSTARTJ. This doesn't happen on NTSC Brawl. Once again, NTSC files hate PAL Brawl. -_-

I'll make a Long Haired ZSS for PAL. Expect it by tomorrow.


Apparently I'm not having this problem. MRSTARTJ is NTSC, and these glitches happen to him.

What are you running? Brawl+? What are the codes you have on? Do you have a ZSS PSA by any chance?

MRSTARTJ also reports that Down Smash does a strange animation, are you having a strange animation with this too?

Also, this file is a motionETC file - will that do the hair? I thought you had to vertex mod the character's model.pac

The MotionEtc will do the hair; this isn't a vertex edit. That chain mail ZSS isn't released, as it's JuLz WIP.

Export char_bust_tex_lz77 from common5. Open it in a separate BrawlBox window, and uncompress the file by setting the compression to false. Now export your .brres files. You're going to rename them to MenSelchrFaceB###.brres

Refer to here for the numbering (Only the XX part, not the Y).

Always add a 0 after the XX.

Example:

Sheik is 14 in that thread. I will add a 0 to make it 140.

So the file should be named MenSelchrFaceB140.brres

Hexing out the vertices instead of the polygons is always better.

They produce the same effect as hexing out polygons if you hex out a vertice.

Instead of zeroing them out, they need to be shoved inside the character.

I've felt like releasing it a while ago, just never got the chance to post in this thread.

So, out of my generosity (I guess), I'll release it. It doesn't have animating hair, as that's not done, but every animation has the long hair.

BSZ's is unfinished. Only the wait animations have the hair. There's your answer if you couldn't figure it out. He was such a lazy ass to finish it.

Your Wii might be having trouble reading your SD card. Do you have any problems reading it on your computer? What version of Gecko are you using?

No.

Even though it's loading off the card, it can't be the card.

Why? Hell, people have taken out their SD cards when codes have been on, and they still work with, or without the SD card inside. They can't "turn off."
