Lightning Luigi

Changes:

Standard B is changed.
Taunts are changed.
All attacks have new attributes (except throws).
Standing and running effects that hurts enemies.
Instant kill taunt.

I thought the graphic effect stayed on his foot forever but it flashes like it does

btw if you add an interval and then allow interrupt at the end of the side b subaction it wont t-stance your char

I wanted CF to stop. Because the move is so darn powerful. Kinda like hyper beam from pokemon games. After you use it, you can't attack next turn.

Uhh... in the FitCharacter.pac I think.

At least, that's how I swapped the MDL0 files for Fox / Falco's laser.

I noticed some models. Under > toy >fig. Or something like that. But those were just trophy models I believe.

What do you mean stayed on the foot forever? I added the foot affect to many sub actions, including "wait1"

If you call a graphic from another character's file, they'll only appear if that other character is loaded into the match. But yeah, those are the external graphic effects.
