CPU =/= Human. Human > CPU.

A lot of people can easily beat Lv 9 CPUs, but have a Hell of a time against Human players.

The PMBR would not be impressed.
Especially since most of the lvl 9 CPUs air dodge at the ledge... and miss the grab.
It totally ruins the intensity of a match when a CPU player has 3 SDs.

I do love the squares camo myself. But I do think I should try my hand at a more "natural" texture like the Minty and Maritime since they used Bubbles and Minty honeybomb (I originally thought it was the veins of a mint leaf)

Those textures implemented the element associated by that color. So I want to try something like that too.
I also made planet mars texture but Im not going to post it yet until I make some revisions.

Also I noticed my Mars Snake lacked a consistency that other Snakes had, mainly the ammo packs and pads where not the same color. I also removed the MGS3 syled glove I gave him.
It looks a lot more bland to me but I think it makes a more honest Brawl texture.

Finding a unique camo for Snake is tough, I went through a lot of revisions before I settled on a reptile scale texture for my own red team Snake. I went and used all sorts of textures: a whole ton of military camos, shattered glass, scratched metal, electricity, and even circuit boards, and I couldn't find anything that both blended well and looked good in red.

I don't think magma would fit in with Mars, though. The MGS3 squares camo is a great and unique idea, it just needs to be improved upon better, as well as touching up different parts. One thing that bothered me was the knee and elbow pads were gold/tan instead of the small cuffs on the top and bottom of the pads.
The cuffs were actually fixed sometime ago I just kept it for myself Sad
I also brightened up most of the black parts since I thought i made it too dark.
I'm a bad person...

EDIT: I also considered using actual images of Mars surface as a base. I may try to expand on that if need be.

Going to put Ganon on hold for a while so I can rework mars Snake.
Here's what I've started for mars Snake v2

I remember torwards the beginning of the project someone mentioned Snakes camo should looke like "gushing lava." Well it may not be gushing but I did use a molten rock texture as a base foe the design. Tell me what you think.

Seeing fox look alot more like his SF64:3ds self will be super hypersauce.

Astounding project you got here. So far these are amazing. Though, Peaches white looks kinda solid Im gonna assume its the stage lighting doing that.
But im in awe looking at these. Truly something Nintendo would wish they had done.

Really anticipating Bowser, Ness and Ganondorf.

Ignore the hair, that's just BrawlBox being weird with the model and the way Snake's hair is textured.

I love the new texture. The water ripple looks very aesthetic and makes a great camo for Snake.

Hey, you should try something. Try making Snakes knee and elbow pads a very,very,VERY subtle tone of yellow. Just to see if it blends with the whole outfit Im not sure if it'll look good or not but It may be the small "umph" that might really put this whole texture together.

Those Melee Ganondorfs look great! Only thing I'm not a fan of is that greenish bit on the arms and legs (I think it's chainmail?) bit of him, but otherwise the colours all fit the theme. Maybe make it either a darker or lighter blue? Well done though!

Im surprised you didn't try using both purple and blue parts together on Ike.
The grey parts seems bland to me.
Most of Ikes recolors have more than just two colors on it. I think you might want to add some more definitive colors to the grey parts.

I think that was Obskore's version, but I don't know if he ever released a link for it.

Also as I'm going back and making some major adjustments to some of my Mars/Maritimes that I'm starting to dislike (the Samuses, Snake, Meta Knight, and Falcon) the differences are just amazing. I just finished doing all the Samuses, and the improvements are so much better.

Here are my Ganons for the "M"s
I mainly used Mars Falcon, Maritime Ganon and Minty Fox V2 for the color styles.
Though, im sure not a lot of people dont use/care for Melee Ganon, I still want these to be top-of-line-textures like all the rest so hit me with feedback.

It all depends on how you set up your layers. If you keep recolours in mind, it shouldn't be too bad.
I didnt mention I would've colored them in pencils first them edited it on photoshop.
So I would have a harder time doing recolors. :/
I should look into digital coloring for the CSPs though it would save alot more time.

I also considered this I've actually already drawn poses I just never posted them up. I was gonna try to make the CSPs look like Street Fighter 4  art style poses since...well I love Street Fighter 4.
I should try to get back into it.
My only concern is how tedious doing recolors will be...

These mirage textures are coming out great and I was wondering if I could make a luigi and toon link alt because I don't think they look that much like an official brawl color
I was gonna do Luigi. But I still have not started him yet so you might as well do it. Im pretty busy nowadays so i have not found time to get around to it.

And as much as I like the first Toon Link, it doe really need a more brawl honest revamp. I would like to see how you do with that Smiley

They finished coding the Clone Engine. Now P:M can have a fully functional Roy with his own set of textures, Final Smash, CSPs, BPs, SFX, anouncer calls, and everything else.
