I thought Duracell only sold batteries. Im srs here

Why don't you check Amazon or something, if you can't find them at your local stores?

Seems weird that you would go through them so fast.
I went through my first one really fast, because it was a crappy SD card I got from the Wii powersaves thing (back when I was too stupid to know you can download saves off the internet ), but that was obviously because it was awful quality.
I got a Kingston 2GB SD card and it has been working fine for me so far, not a single problem.

So I'm not sure, but it might just be the quality of the ones you have bought.

Chaos Control:

As Shadow takes a beating throughout the fight he gathers up Hero points to charge up his Chaos Control.  Once you have enough you will start flashing blue like so and you will then be able to use the power of Chaos Control by using your Down Taunt

Chaos Control slows down time for the opponents for a good while so that Shadow can get back in the fight!

MSNG (I wish I knew what it stands for. :O ) suggests that I switch IOS (tried 222, 223, 249).

Mario N Sonic Guy, I believe.

But to answer your problem, if all else fails, you could install Darkcorp. It patches like every single IOS.
That's how I got Neogamma to work for me.

Yo BY, what do you think of this new Dante look? XD (OFF Topic I know, sue me. <__<)

Even though you weren't talking to me -
I personally think it looks retarded. He looks like some 70's hipster with mental health issues.

poor marth, always turning into a girl...

it's not his fault he already has a tiara XD
Also marth's psa limit speaks for itself >_>
marth psa limit isnt small....Im srs here

That's what I meant smart one >_>

It seams Peach, Link, Pit, Marth, Snake, MK, And Ike are the only ones that have serious balls when it comes to psa limits.

Pit has balls? O_O

Lightning looks kinda like a witch right now xD, but I know you'll fix that. Aqua is looking sexy at the moment. For your next project, I suggest a Vergil revamp. Nevermind, it's epic enough already.

They are named the same thing.
If your stage is STGSTADIUM.pac, your .rel is st_stadium.rel.
If your stage is STGFINAL.pac, your .rel is st_final.rel.

No, you use .rel files so that you can use .pacs on different stages.

42  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: CSS roster expansion: Can it be done? I would like to know on: January 10, 2011, 11:40:55 AM
Dant's working on the clone engine, so it might be possible in the future.
43  Help & Tutorials / Help / Re: Ho there. on: January 10, 2011, 11:37:28 AM
Yep! Incase you want to know about .rel files, here's a whole mess I wrote about them:

A .rel file is used for placing a hacked stage based on a different stage than the one you are placing it on it. Sorry if that's confusing. Here's an example:
Okay, say I want this hacked stage, "1337 stage of awesome" (xD I don't know, I can't think of a name) to go over Luigi's Mansion. However, the person who created it made it for Final Destination. That's where .rel files come in. You place the .rel file for putting a Final Destination stage over a Luigi's Mansion stage in pf>module, and then the stage works.
There's a program called "Stage Switcher" you can use to create these .rel files. If you can't find it, I'll PM it to you.

Now here's a whole mess about the Stage Switcher program:

Here's the program:
http://www.mediafire.com/?q526yeg712saeny
I included 2 .rel files, one for Final Destination, and one for Battlefield. (Because those are the most common stages for hacking.)
All you have to do is start it up, choose the .rel you want, and which stage you want it over, and then it creates a .rel file and places it in the folder named "edited". You take the .rel from that folder then just place it in pf>module.
For example, if you wanted to make a Final Destination stage go over Pokemon Stadium 2, you would open the program, choose "st_final.rel", go to where it says "What stage is selected file?" and choose Final Destination, and then choose Pokemon Stadium 2 as the stage you want it to be placed over. The .rel file would then appear in the "edited" folder.

Okay, does all of that make sense?

A PSA is a moveset file. And download the stage you want, then name it the corresponding name for whatever stage is goes over, (ex: For final destination, it's STGFINAL.pac) and then you place it in pf>stage>melee. (Every stage goes in the "melee" folder. Not just the Melee stages. By melee, it means non-subspace emissary.)
