Words cannot express the amount of Happiness, Joy, Excitement, Love, and all those serendipitous emotions I am feeling right now.

Though there are only two things I kind of wish, First is that I would have loved him on Ivysaur(though beggers can't be choosers), and Second that instead of Evolving when he gets a Smash Ball, something else happens. Like his fur Collar glowing or turning a different color.

As much as I don't like DB GT, one of his alternate costumes should His original GT appearance..

How about giving Vegeta two final smashes, if possible, Big Bang as one and Final Flash as the other, either seperating them depending on SSJ mode or not, or just have one on the ground and the other in midair. Dunno, i kinda like psa's with two FS's now.

If you can only have one, personally i'd rather like to see Big Bang instead of Final Flash (i normally like beam attacks better), but since he already has a beam attack as Nspecial, Big Bang looks like a better choice imo.

For Vegeta's Final Smash, He's going to go Super Saiyan. He'll have a different Moveset, with BOTH Final Flash and Big Bang Attack.

Eww Ultimate Tenkaichi >_<  Screw that quick time rock paper scissors luck based game.  U Tilt is from Jump Ultimate All Stars, U Smash is the kick he does in Amazing Impact (which is totally awesome) and U Air would just be odd as an uppercut.  Also, remember that the Side B has an uppercut too

Ah, since it's from Jump Ultimate All Stars, then I can see.

...and I enjoyed UT... I mean sure, the luck stuff got a little frustrating, and the Hero Mode as very limited Freedom(and you couldn't make Female characters), but it was still fun. And I loved the Hero Mode's Story, even if it was sort of short.
