Nevermind, I found a list for what I used to have, so I'm fine on those oh-so-essential hack requests. However, I still can't seem to get the alloys. Might I have a hack that allows them to appear on my CSS?
I wouldn't say slow him down, but I would say lessen the range. It's beyond ridiculous. But at least it's not as bad as spamming with Cloud. After a few matches of people abusing his B moves (and the realization that there may never be a new version of him) I had to (regretfully) remove him from play.
So, assuming everything worked like my gct does, I took this guy's list and replaced my own. Now, for some reason, I can't get the Unlimited Replay or the Unrestricted Camera codes to work at all. I replaced his with others I've found about three times now, and still can't find one that will operate. What's worse, he doesn't even have the effing slot for the Alloys! That's the reason why I wanted it in the first place...
So I'm pretty much asking this: If anyone has a .txt file with their codes for unlimited replay, unrestricted pause, the alloys, and the hack to select custom stages, please link me to it or direct me to a site that has it.
Ironically, I tried the very same thing 30 minutes ago. I mean, no bull, I did EXACTLY what you described. Then I typed in SDHC to see if anyone had my issue. I didn't think I'd find someone with an on-point situation.

@Quanno: but it would be proportionate, which would make it noticeable. If you can manage to make the sword more true to the anime, you should go ahead and post that version as well. At least for the people who would want it to be that way.
Not to mention she doesn't leap up all that high in the first place. Meaning that if she's a mile away, there's no way she's coming back. I just ruins her being. The her lightweight needs to be offset by her great recovery, making her free fall immediately after using her Up B takes that away.
Well-said, Requiem! I can't believe I forgot that necessary bit of info. However, I would forgive the upB change if it were changed to Sonic's upB. Instead of a spring, I guess she could jump off of that warp star thingie. It would also fulfill the strategy complaint, because Sonic can attack out of the upB, so perhaps you can have Rosalina have the ability to hover after the spring? That would be awesome (and such a destructive mind-blaster).
on the NTSC version of Marth, his lazer skill is broken. When used, he constantly does the animation as if he's still shooting and he wont stop until hit.
If she's gonna freefall after the upB, it kills so many strategies... like when people are edgehogging you and you wanna float by them and tap them off the edge...
When you wanna play games with the fast-fall > float > fast-fall > float...
As a former Peach/avid Rosalina v2 player, I love the attempts in changes you're making, but I disagree wholeheartedly with a free-fall upB...unless you make that upB hurt like hell, or increase the knockback it does.
But, of course, it's your Rosalina v3. Make the changes and I'll play her regardless. After all, psa have a right to a fair trial.
Requiem makes lots of sense, I agree entirely. Also, I'm going to look into applying a hack that allows shields to never break, just for precaution against spam... at least until you reduce knockback of the star.
