I want to use one of KJ's PSAs! But the thing is, the character he used is already the victum of ANOTHER PSA I'm using!

So I plan on using Ike's .rel file...But how do I do this? Correctly, that is...
47  Help & Tutorials / Help / New Stages Freeze Stage Selection! on: May 15, 2011, 09:52:05 AM
I added two more stages: Wily's Fortress (Final Destination) and Out of the Woods (Green Greens). I gave them custom slots, yet when I'm done selecting characters, the game will give me the buzzing freeze!

I've edited the .rels myself because both stages came with none (by replacing the respected stage number with 00). But even then the error occurs.

Please help me!

UPDATE: I tried removing the stages, but the game will still freeze! I tried playing around with a few things in the sc_selmap file, but that did no good!

I'm in dire need of help!
48  Super Smash Bros. Brawl Hacking / Character Vertexes and Textures / "LET'S RIDE!!" Project: Hopper Is Back in Action! on: May 14, 2011, 03:24:00 PM


I decided to make my very first model texture: Hopper from "A Bug's Life". This was a project ORIGINALLY made for the long-done Disney Tourney, but I decided "Hey! Screw that, Let me dig up this project and start fresh!"

When done, Hopper will come with:

* The Models pcs and pac
* A "Bug's Life"-Related BRSTM
* THREE CPS and In-Game Battle Portraits (Two from the movie and One courtsey of Nanobuds)

The Textures are being worked on by Nanobuds (who I will credit as the Co-Creator), and a PSA will be done by Vamayro.

MOVESET:

(Due to the fact that Hopper is a Grasshopper, he has the ability to jump three times)

Wait1: Waits impatiently with both hands behind his back and foot tapping.
Wait2: Shakes Fist.
Wait 3: Looks around.

A: Punch
A + A: Uppercut
A Side: Shove
A Up: Headbutt
A Down: Trip Kick
Running A: Glide (Temporarily flies through the air)

SMASH ATTACKS:
A SMASH Side: Power Punch (A Rage-Filled Punch)
A SMASH Up: Double Fists (Thrusts both fists in the air)
A SMASH Down: Two-Way Punch (Punches both left and right)

AERIAL ATTACKS:
Forward A: Knee Thrust
Backward A: Elbow Ram
Up A: Aerial Headbutt
Down: Leg Stomp

SPECIAL MOVES:
B: Wind-Up Punch (Similar to the DK's Giant Punch. Tap B whist winding up to punch. If left alone while charging, the punch will automatically be unleashed)
B Side: Grain Toss (Based off the scene in the movie where Hopper throws grain at Axel and Loco, This move could be based of King DeDeDe's Waddle Dee Throw. There's also a 15% chance he'll throw a HUGE acorn, which will do more damage)
B Up: Let's Ride! (Hopper will squat down and fly upwards)
B Down: Kickin' Grass (Hopper will do a fireless Falcon Kick, which gets less distance and does less damage)

FINAL SMASH: Squish 'Em!
Hopper will shove the closest opponent to the ground, and then step them into the dirt. Then, to finish things off, he'll kick them off screen!

Grabs:
(NOTE: Hopper grabs his opponent by the neck)
A: Choke
Up: Toss (Throws them up in the air, similar to Ness)
Down: Slam (Violently throws his opponent to the ground)
Forward: Kick (Kicks his opponent's butt...Literally)
Backwards: Suplex (Similar to Kirby's Back Throw)

Taunts:
Up: Dusts off his knuckles.
Left and Right: Paces Back and Forth for a bit.
Down: Looks at the screen while nodding and moving his antenna.

Victory Poses:
Win1: Flies away. while giving a nasty look.
Win2: Walks on-screen, and looks at the camera, hands crossed and unimpressed.
Win3: The foot of a bird appears, causing Hopper to scream and run away.

At first, I thought it was a certain hack. But it's not! They all show up fine in Classic Mode or Random or any other thing. It's just when I highlight Lucus, the game does the buzzing freeze!

The hacks I have include:

Carl Fredrickson
Dash Parr
Alex Kidd
Ashley (WarioWare)

I'm gonna try deleting my hacks and re-downloading them. If THAT doesn't work, I turn to you guys!

I have some custom stages in custom slots, but when I select them, the game either freezes silently or with a buzz! I used the .rel files of each stage, but this still happens!

So my question is...How do I play on my custom stages?

Question A) Are The .Rel Files Needed?
Question B) If yes, what do I call them: 01 or just 1 (or do I start with 0 or 00?)
Question C) ...How ya doin'?

I need help with Vile's Vertex Box. Lost Saltshaker helped me solve one problem (make sure that EVERY polygon is included), but even after that, I get errors!

What I need someone to do is take a look and explain the error to me. All I'm getting is "Index was outside the boundry of array", and I have NO CLUE what that means...

I'm using VILE'S Vertex Box, and I'm at this part. The only default thing it will let me save as is .MAX and .CHR, but I'm aiming for a .OBJ file.

I need to know how to save files to a .obj file in 3DS MAX. How do I do this?

...Or Can't I?

Yeah, I got my .GCT files for custom stages, freedom of rotation on pause and a few other things...Yet when I load it with Riivolution, nothing is put into play.

Not only that, but my added CSPs from Gecko are missing. I got rid of the sel_character thing and put it in the common5 place, but that doesn't do any good either.

I REALLY hate asking  so many questions here, but I'm new to Riivolution, and I need help!

Morgan Ziegler, Also Known As Zitz, Leader of the BattleToads, enters the brawl in the form of a DK clone..MINUS THESE TOAD-ALLY TUBULAR ATTACKS!!!

A+A: Mario's Two Punches
A After the two A's: BT BattleHammer (Zitz swings his arms down like Snake in the form of a Giant Mallet)
Up Smash: JawBuster (Mario's Up Tilt has gone Smash Attack...with an even BIGGER fist!)
Aerial Forward: Nuclear Knuckles (The same as DK's Clenched Fist Smash, but the fists are enlarged to deal more damage)
Aerial Up: Ramhorn Headbutt (A Work In Progress, this move will allow you to sprout ramhorns to headbutt your foes.)
Dash Attack: Spiked Boot Thrust (Zitz' Foot Morphes into a Boot and thrusts forward)
Neutral Special: Kiss My Fist (An Enlarged Falcon Punch)
Side Special: Drilla Killa (Similar to MetaKnight's Spinning Sword Drill, only Zitz uses a drill formed out his hand)
Up Special: Frog Hop (You are a Toad, after all, and Toads gotta hop. Copied from The Super DeDeDe Jump)
Down Special: "Stompin' Time!" (Copied off Waluigi's Assist Trophy Attack)
Final Smash: Big Bad Boot (A Custom Final Smash, Zitz will once again turn his foot into a boot, but this time, he'll boot his opponet to the sky!)

Also, in the matter of speaking for a voice for Zitz, I was thinking some clips for the short-lived cartoon. GRANTED IT SUCKED, but hey, you can't go wrong with Ian James Corlett, The voice of Goku here in the States...

When I load my Custom #1 mod, which I made, it'll ask me to insert the Brawl Disk EVEN THOUGH IT'S ALREADY INSIDE. I think this has to do with where I placed my "brawlmods" folder, but where do I put it if not the root of my SD Card?

New problem!

My  info.pac file is at 391 KB (The amount of Btyes it was when I download the reference). I made a few song title changes, and now, the game won't load (It's frozen after pasting the strap screen... ). AND THE FILE SIZE IS STILL 391!

Before you tell me what to do, keep in mind I don't have a big strap screen or a common3.pac at at all.
