Would you guys get an HD version of a stage of mine and revert it back to the original textures? Some guy did...
Just out of curiosity, let's check my original versions, the HD one, and the reverted one:

It's okay to get stages by others and making edits to make them look better. The HD version uses higher res textures and does it well. Maybe some shading is missing, but it's decent. But what motherofallwars has made is just taking that, making it look worse, with no shading at all, and bad uv coordinates. And people go and download it. God, is it that difficult to look in the vault for previous versions? Am I that distant that people don't know about me and my old pre-importing stages?
I feel the vault is just a place with no control at all, people fill it with repeated things, uncredited edits of hacks made after many hours by others and things with no quality at all. And that's sad for somebody that loves this the way I do.
Honestly Mewtwo. I am not surprised. I seen stuff on the vault way worse then that hack get downloads and people not even see it for what it is. It's unbelievable yes. That someone is making an endless cycle and makes things worse with the latest hack. But it's something we have to live with. If someone wants a hack with low quality and not alot effort put into it. Then let them. They will get rid of it later on. As apart of the Brawl Vault team. I support your opinion. But we can't do anything to the hack. Because he has the right to the hack that he made in a couple of mins or more. If he has made the hack and ruined it by plagiarizing it. Then that will be a whole different story. But he's just made a low quality hack that can't compare with your work.
Yes it is. But next time, Lee, instead of posting about it here saying it's broken without reporting it yourself. You should still report it. I'll report it this time. :/
On a kind of unrelated note, I'd like to thank Zelia for posting the screens so I am not left wondering what the report was. I find some of those really funny and I've missed many, so I thank you for both your work and saving the images.
Well it's good to keep record of them. So I decided after removing reports. I'll keep screenshots then post it here. Awww... your welcome. ^^
I got rid of it. But for the future. When u think that one of your own submissions works fine and the report is false. You can get rid of the report yourself.
It is rather funny, but I removed it. If a noob had made that report, you guys would be up in arms.
Of course it's funny and sorta inappropriate. If people were able to think that Beyond could get a way with something like that. Then others will try to do the same and think it's the right thing to do. :/
Someone uploaded mariodk's geno so i reported it. The person then procedes to report my amy hack, not even a valid one. I know i can remove it, but just wanted to sho so ppl can see and the username http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=16109
Even though I know this isn't a good report. I fixed. I also took a picture of it. So we can have some poof.
