I'm too lazy to make a brawlvault upload for each one of these, so enjoy.

Format of Music Titles is "Song Name" - "Game Name".brstm
if you want to look them up on youtube.

And if you are wondering why I made all of these, well the answer is, it wasn't for brawl.
I like listening to looped music, and in Audacity, you need to reloop every time you reopen
 a song, so I just turned my favorites or random songs into Brstms.
There may be 2 or 3 with bad loop points but the other 117 or so are perfectly looped.

Well of course it doesn't use .pac and .pcs. I think those are brawl specific.
You need to be looking for either .brres files or something different that contains the models.
There are no .brres files I could find.
And .pac is NOT brawl specific or even Wii specific.

Blazblue Continuum Shift for PC, XB360, and possibly PS3 use .Pac files.

I opened the game up in wiiscrubber a WHILE back.
No pac files, no pcs files, no other archive files that I know of.

Um, if step 2 was so easy, would I ask?
The game uses a completely different format than ssbb for files.
My computer is not good enough for me to open the ISO in a hex editor and search "MLD0".
It crashes whenever I try.

1. What format of models and textures does Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn use? (I want weapon models from it)
2. How do I extract the models from FE:RD?
3. How do I import external models into character .pac/.pcs files?
