i was wondering how do you you put it one when i first added this hack maro glowed blue but now he dosent anymore the computers do when the brawl starts [sometimes] and at random times during the brawl but I never do so how do I get it do i need a sertain amount of damge or time or is it just luck?

I downloaded the stage switch from http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=26269.0  where it tells you how to make .rels for stages but when I try to open it it says
