when I click the Download the File Patch XML for Brawl i dont know how to download http://rvlution.net/riivolution/images/5/5c/SSBBfiles.xml when I click it I dont know how to download it there is no download button

can someone help me how to fix this problem

when iIdownload a file to my computer example [ice cimbers texture] it comes out as a notepad application, can someone help me beacuse they never came out like that before.
