Apparently its not all items that don't appear, it's just some. Actually, seems to be just the bumper.
So going by what you said, Shukaku, I would take the item generator and replace it with one from a stage that has working items?
EDIT: I tried replacing the item generator in the way I just said but it didn't fix the issue. Also, I couldn't find an item generator in Castle Siege.

Its fixable though, just take the original item generator(i forgot what its really called) in brawlbox and replace the one that doesn't work. I fixed my Akatsuki stage by doing that.

i googled sum pics since im not that far in the series (im like episode 76 or so of shippuden) and i figured by the pics that Shinra Tensei is like...pushing somebody? i saw a pic of pain labled Shinra Tensei and a bunch of people went flying.
As for Bansho Ten'in Rinnegan Combo and Rinnegan slash, i have no idea because pictures wont come up :[ info plz?

Pain can manipulate gravity so shinra tensei basically pushes and destroy things and
bansho ten'in pulls the character. But the combo and slashes are my own custom moves.

Pain destroyed most of the hidden leaf by using a large scale shinra tensei.
