I need ideas ugh...
I've always thought a hamster would be very original and fun to have over Pikachu. It could simply be a vertex and texture; don't stress yourself about the PSA if you don't feel like it. I'm even willing to do the texturing if you're able to vertex it for me; I'm just not able to model edit, and a hamster wouldn't have looked great if I attempted it without an edited model.
I even came up with some custom animation/moveset ideas a while back, so if someone is really serious about it, a whole PSA could be possible.
Regardless though, a simple vertex would suffice. I'd really enjoy a hamster in brawl =)

Here's essentially all that needs to be done for the vertex, if you choose to do so:
-the ears need to be shorter and more flattened out
-the snout and nose need some minor edits
-the lightning tail should be made into a stubby, short tail
And I think that's pretty much it. Pikachu is already close enough in design to a hamster that this hack wouldn't be too frustrating/difficult.
I'll shall try the vertex edit then mariofan and then I'll send you the model and you can slap the texture on it
