If anyone is going to spend enough time redesigning the attacks for Lucario to fit Mewtwo, I think there is definitely a high enough demand to get a model working some day. Maybe you can corroborate with some of the teams making those great Cloud and Sephiroths or something?
We appreciate your guys hard work. Keep it all up and maybe we'll have a finished Mewtwo product download-able for Brawl some day!

Like i said in OizenX's thread for his textures, unless there is a region difference I don't know about, it's not called Neo Metal Sonic. It's the Metal OverLord. His giant dragon-metal-hedgehog-beast form is called Metal Madness. Most people only remembered the "Metal Madness" part and thus gave the previous Metal Sonic form from that game a "title" instead of calling him by his new forms name. The title used online was Neo Metal sonic. The character's name he based it off of is "Metal OverLord," a magician style form for Metal Sonic.
(Not that it matters, since Metal was knocked out of all his new forms by the end of Sonic Heroes, either way the reason I post these is because if you are a big enough Sonic fan, you wouldn't want to walk around looking like you don't know names.)
I'm positive that THAT Metal Sonic form is the inspiration for his texture. The only way I can see Neo specifically being okay is if people just say "Who cares, it's his texture" or simply, honestly, did not know. So please update it or just tell me to shut up and that no one cares that it has been wrong this whole time :p

Back when I first saw these textures and codes together, I don't think that "ZZZ" code was created yet. I know it makes it so whenever a player (Let's say I put it on player 4) chooses Link, ALL of them will be Young Link size, that's cool with me.
But my question is, if I put this hack on 4th Player, and they choose Peach or something, will the code change them as well? Or does it stick to specifically all LINK's for only the 4th Player?

I'm sure the 'Neo Metal Sonic' was actually called the Metal Overlord and Your Charizard hack referred to as 'Metal Overlord' was actually called Metal Madness.
