Sorry if trouble asking questions from noob: How do I apply textures to the menu of choice of characters? CPS can also be applied in PAL version?

You want to have your own CSPs? If so, then you need to edit your Common5.pac or if you downloaded a custom CSS theme then edit that. Theres easy tutorials on here check them out

To edit items you need the common3.pac file.
You need Brawlbox which is a program to edit such things.
