how to edit chara damnage/speed?

Hi, i been looking around the fourms and i just couldn't found a guild/topic about editing a Chara damage/speed
im not looking for any  movement hacks/or animations. Just wanna improve damage on some chars.

you have to use a program called PSA (Project Smash Attacks)

This would be PSA, therefore should be in PSA Help.  But if you wanted to just make peoples attacks stronger, you would open up there .pac file in Smash Attacks and find the sub action of the attack/attacks that you want to make stronger or do more damage, and once you find it/them, you would edit their Offensive Collision's or Special Offensive Collision's.
