Need Help Creating New specials for sonic

Okay I need some help here. What I want to do for his down special is make it so if you hold down b that it continues to do the hitboxes for Zelda's normal B but still be the spinning/charging animation like you were tapping the b button still.(The move will continue only after you release down on the controlstick) I also want to make it so that  if you hold B while he's standing up/exiting the down B on the ground he does the hitboxes from Nayru's love as well for the duration of the animation.

I also want Sonic's side b to imitate sheiks side smash A and do up to three more kicks as long as you're holding the constrol stick down and tapping the B button.

The last thing I want to do is make his normal B give you more control and travel farther, along with the kind of damage that fox's side b does during travel.

Can anyone help me with this?
