CSS question.

Hey anyone and everyone who reads this, I have a question about CSS making. Would it be possible to make a CSS like the one in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom? Dont be a jerk if this is a stupid question im just asking  :srs:  thx for your time

I'm sure you could make one that "looks" like it but as for how it would function.... Well as far as current hacks are concerned there isn't anything you can do like that.  Most hacks revolve around manipulating what the game is already programmed to do.  The screen select you're thinking of has actions that Smash Bros wasn't programmed to be able to perform...

Well I believe it MIGHT be done in the future, the CSS positions are determined by an animation (or atleast something called Anim), well if we are able to manually edit that we might make it happen.
