tplsplitter.exe keeps crashing even with picano's modifified CUPASH!

I run step 2, but tplsplitter still crashes ending the process.  The error message I get is:

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

The version of CUPASH I used is below.

So, I take it you are doing _small images?

Seems I didn't modify it to work with those. (And I've never actually used them before, nor know how, so I can' test it)

Hm... Reduce the colors on the small ones. It helped me.

I'm working on _small images as well, and all the CSPs and CBPs weren't made by me just downloaded and dragged to the newfiles folder. These were tested before so they should work.

EDIT: Oh yeah, some of the CSPs do not have corresponding CBPs. And another thing, I tried the original CUPASH but tplsplitter still crashed. Just thought I'd mention this.
