    If I have HBC(Latest version)-Bannerbomb and I have Riivolution v1.04 can I update my Wii safely. I've been meaning to ask this for a bit.

    You can, but you realy realy shouldint. HomeBrew may work a bit, but other apps and such wilk not, besides, all the update dose is remove HomeBrew and programs in the like. Thats right, the update dose NOTHING but remove HomeBrew.

    As of now, the latest version of the HBC is unaffected by the System Menu updates.  Therefore, you can choose to update if you want to.  Of course, you don't have much of an option if you use the Wii Shop Channel.

    Actualy, you could just use dop-shop app and install the latest vertion of the Wii Shop Channel with out updating the Wii.
